The hotel is in a good location, close to the freeway and lots of restaurants. About 15 minutes from the fairgrounds.
The breakfast is pretty meager and this was the 2nd time that I've stayed there that the orange has been out or just not working. It's a good thing that there's a Tim Hortons close by, but when you're already paying for a hotel breakfast, it really needs more choices available.

The pool was supposed to be open, but it wasn't. I had very disappointed kids. The rooms were a tad small, but they were clean.

The booking process. I tried to book directly and desk quoted some high price, waited and booked on line for way less. I do not understand the business logic.

entire staff here are very good and they will address any issues you have. They have smoking and no smoking rooms.
Not happy about the jump in rates. Its more to stay here now than some of the upper motels.

Location was great. We visited the Restaurant's so we didn't visit the Breakfast area.
The bathroom sink leaked placed trash can under leak and reported upon departure.
