Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Cincinnati - Mason, an IHG Hotel

Exceptional staff very friendly and helpful! We checked in at around 11 the night shift desk clerk was awesome. My son has autism and he held a conversation with him about our trip and he was so friendly. Told my son he was so happy he'd had a great trip it was awesome. In the morning we went down for the complimentary breakfast it was delicious. Staff was so friendly. We asked for a late check out so we could swim before we traveled back home. The young woman at the desk again was amazing my son kept telling her about our trip and she also held a conversation with him and was so helpful. She kept checking on us as the morning went. We had an amazing stay rooms and everything were very clean and the staff was so friendly excellent stay and will 100% book there in the future! We already let them know we would see them again.

Nothing it was a wonderful experience

It was so CLEAN!! The staff was exceptionally professional and polite. The room was spotless. Nothing out of place. It was just a genuinely nice, clean and safe place to stay. I don't think I will ever stay at another hotel besides the Holiday Inn Express when I visit Mason, OH.

The only problem I had with the place, (and it was not even really a problem) is the pool is very small. Nothing that the staff could remedy and to be honest, it isn't a problem unless there are several individuals in the pool! Again, that is me looking for something to say I didn't like.

That they didn’t offer internet TV for app channels. The breakfast choices were slim but at least included with our stay. The staff informed me that using a 3rd party booking reservation does not cover any unexpected issues with the room/facilities (if any) should arise during our stay. Basically, on our own if anything is unsatisfactory. Our family has been using booking.com for years and this is the very first time, ever, we were notified of this.

Amanda the night manager was so wonderful! She looked up my rewards points for me. She also was kind enough to open the breakfast early so our baseball team could eat before heading to the ballpark for their early game.

There was not any body soap left in the dispenser.

the staff was really great getting me a couple things I needed up to my room right away. I booked a second night right at check out without any problem. breakfast was pretty good and liked that it was open til 10 as other hotels it closes earlier. close to many restaurants and a few stores.

the pool was very cold

At least one comfortable chair should be provided in the room so you don’t have to sit on the bed!

Breakfast was wonderful! Nice variety - well stocked and super clean! I would love to stay at this hotel again in the future!

The lobby was very loud when we arrived and was until around midnight - it is kind of a meeting spot for people to mingle so it was to be expected.

I liked the location of the hotel. The breakfast wasn’t the greatest but they did offer packaged items.

I didn’t like the fact that no type of meat or eggs were offered to the guests. The lobby seemed more like a sports bar with the big crowd and the loudness of them. There was an altercation and the police were called.

The food was as good as expected. There were good choices of hot dishes. And the lady attendant was very pleasant and kept everything very clean.

There was nothing we did not like.

Comfortable beds. Had a great night’s sleep. Overall very clean. Friendly staff. Close to Kings Island.

Wished they offered soy milk during the breakfast. Stayed at a HIE in KY that offered soy milk, so I was hoping all chains had it, but no.
