Hampton Inn & Suites Cincinnati-Mason, Ohio

My family and I liked pretty much everything about the hotel. The room was really clean, beds we’re comfortable, breakfast was pretty good, the kids enjoyed the pool the staff was really nice. The location was nice but it seems that most of the restaurants were closed permanently like White Castle, Lonestar is gone, O’Charleys closed permanently but there is a Skyline Chili, Waffle House, Popeyes, Hooters, Dunkin inside a gas station all of these were right there where the hotel is so that was really convenient. It was like 18miles to the Cincinnati Zoo which was great and there is a Walmart and a target close by as well. We enjoyed are stay and we will be back!

The only complaint we had was the fridge in our room made a noise all night long and it sounded like someone was snoring but it was the fridge . Other than that everything was great.

Longer breakfast hours then others. Nice variety for breakfast. We were greeted at check in by asking if we wanted water. That was wonderful after drining for 4 hours. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion pumps were awesome. The rooms were nice. Staff were amazing!

A few more towels for multiple days would be nice with needing to ask, but the staff got us more when we asked so that was amazing. The gravy at breakfast was not good. Everything else was great. It was a little further from our designation (Spooky Nook Champion Sports Mill) then we would have liked, but that is not a reflection of the hotel.

Property was nice and overall clean and well maintained. Beds were clean and comfortable. Shower and bathroom were really nice and clean. Air conditioner worked great. Breakfast was good and had alot of selections. Overall happy with our stay and would stay here again.

The room had a broken door under the sink. Not a huge deal. There was a small stain in the carpet between the beds and a large stain on one of the curtains next to the bed that looked like someone probably spilled a drink on it. The tv remote did not work. And the pool was out of order. Lots of small things but we were really disappointed that the pool was out of order as that was the main reason we booked this hotel.

Our room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was comfortable. We'd requested a room on the highest floor, but our assigned room was #307. (The hotel has 4 floors.) We worried that we'd have an upstairs neighbor clunking around overhead, but our room was very quiet. Breakfast was tasty, with plenty of options.

We were given two each bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. That was fine for the first day, but we needed to request clean towels for the second day. There was no problem; they were delivered while we were out. We just thought it was odd to have only one towel per person, particularly when we'd booked two nights. The thermostat was not as responsive as we expected, but by turning it to a higher temperature (75 degrees) than we ordinarily would have, we were able to get the room to a reasonable temperature (70 degrees).

The bathroom has a door and the sink was outside the toilet area. The suite was big and the kitchen area was nice. Breakfast staff were amazing to give us Turkey sausage on a day they didn’t have any out.

Had to use hand towels for wash clothes because laundry was behind. No hot tub. Large group playing corn hole with loud music playing in the parking lot after 11pm. The hallways that lead to your room had no air conditioning or turned down super low, so very humid.

Location was convenient to Mason and Kings Island, within 30 minute drive to Cincinnati. Motel was right off of I-71 but difficult to find the entrance the first time due to intersecting roads. When exiting I-71 from the North, just continue straight on crossing the intersection. Motel will be on right at next intersection. Watch for non-stopping traffic coming from right. Room were comfortable but don't expect a view. Breakfast was standard for this class motel: scrambled eggs made from a carton, waffles, cereal, toast and bagels, etc. Coffee was just ok.

The person at the front desk Monday morning she was very nice and helpful. The lady who was helping Sunday morning for breakfast. She was wonderful.

Not having any soap, shampoo, and conditioner in our room. The man who did the breakfast on Monday morning, I came down at 9:30 he was removing the panckae batter, no oatmeal, and yogurt, and not too much was out to eat. He was cleaning around me while I was eating with cleaner.

The hotel was nicely decorated and clean. Staff were all very pleasant. The hotel was in a good location and was very quiet. The shower was nice with the ledges to put your stuff on and rest your leg on while shaving. The breakfast was good and I loved the flavored waffle mix

I was a little disappointed in the towels. They were small and thin considering how nice everything else was and there was only one bath towel per person in the bathroom. I really need two if washing my hair.

Nice clean room. Decent breakfast. Nice pool.

The fact that someone else was able to earn points using my reservation and then that person was emailed/texted my check out receipt. That should not be allowed. Also not the hotels fault but we couldn't even enjoy the nice pool because a bunch of little kids were in it all day and evening. All we wanted was the last half an hour in it but never got it. I'm glad the kids had fun but would have been nice to swim a little.

The staff at the front desk was awesome and very helpful! Shannon and Brooks were very accommodating and customer service oriented! They are GREAT people. Erica in the breakfast area was also very nice!

There was nothing that stood out as a problem to us. Coffee cups need to be larger. Breakfast was decent nothing fancy.
