I loved the area the hotels in, the hotel is.si nice and clean. The room i really liked, the king bed was just the right size. The room itself very very nice. I will be back to stay again.

There was no hot water that was so disappointing. That was the only thing I didn't like. I feel the guests on that day Monday. June 26th 2023 should gets some money back. That's why I turned my key card in and left before 7pm Monday 26th, I checked right back out the same day. You can check if you want to. I couldn't stay and check out Tuesday the 27th with no hot water. I feel you guys should give me some of my money back. But I will be back to stay there because it's a really nice and clean hotel. 10 stars for me

the property was well maintained . I must say I was skeptical at first , but this hotel definitely exceeded my expectations ! we travel for my daughters basketball during the summer , and we travel with our small dog , and this place was absolutely accommodating, with no extra fees and nice lawn on the side for our fur baby away from other people . the lady at the front office was amazing !! she let us check in a little early and check out a little later so we didn’t have to sit in the car at the basketball venue between games !! if I could give 100 stars I would !! great hospitality !!!

the walls were a little thin so you could hear everyone upstairs running like speed demons …but it was a kids soccer team so we get it . still slept like a baby !

Michael was great. Made me and everyone else feel special. He remembered something about everyone. Love, I was on the first floor, so I didn't have to wait for the elevator. Coffee was available all day Breakfast smelled delicious.

The refrigerator in 103 needs to be looked at. Loud at tines.

I really enjoyed my experience, the bed was so comfortable. The food was not the best, but it wasn't the worst either, it was okay. I loved that there was a indoor pool, that was my favorite part! The staff was friendly.

The pool did look dirty but there is chlorine in the pool which kills most germs and the strong smell of chlorine was evident, so I had no problems there. Some of the cleanest looking pools can have the most germs if there isn't enough chlorine. I didn't like how thin the walls are, at night it seemed as if the window was open, I could hear all the traffic, I kept getting up to make sure the window wasn't open and it wasn't.

My room was on the 1st fl. and close to the exit door that led right to the parking lot. Which made it easier for me to bring my lodge in and out

The pool and the spa needs to be cleaned out ASAP. Spa water was green and all types of staff were floating in the pool. The bath tub needed to be cleaned out before I was able to take a shower or bath. The drain was full of hair😱😱

Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. All in all we would stay again. Staff helped us when we were having an issue with our room key. She put us in a new room. Very accommodating. We had a hurd of elephants above us and I called the desk. They took care of the noise and we could sleep finally.

I think they could do better with the blankets on the bed. 1st room we had blankets looked dirty like they were not changed.

Nice staff good breakfast had a indoor pool and jacuzzi a plus close to interstate and restaurants.. shopping centers are very close so convenient to everything and 4 miles to kings island

Room was not clean when we walked in they quickly moved us to another room

Breakfast, clean rooms.

One late staff member with glasses gives this dark vibe. And sounds inconvenienced that he has to be addressed. The rest of the staff are great. Also the hot tub is really hot. Like 2⁰ too hot. And there is a roof leak into several parts of the pool area. Also in the breakfast eating area the long table has chairs that are waaay to short for the high table. I'm 6'1" and I felt like a kid eating there.

The people from the breakfast attendant to the morning front desk agent were cheery and helpful.

Rooms needed to be cleaned better. You have got to get in the corners/baseboards of the bathrooms, and wipe down walls sometimes. There was fruit loops spilled down the hall from at least the morning before when I got there, and still there with no housekeeping in sight when I left

Beds were comfy, breakfast was good I liked that I could make mini Belgian waffles.

The biscuits for the gravy was molded. Our room key had to be activated everytime we went out of the room. And there were toe nails on the carpet by the bed. The roof was leaking into the pool.
