Large king room, fairly clean, great gal at front desk!

Long walk from room to get ice.

Staff helpful. Upgrade to the jacuzzi tub room was woth it. Room was clean. We don't really care about breakfast so we never got up to see what all they had. Pool was closed but we stayed in October so that was expected. Nice location if going to Kings Island. Enjoyed the stay and nothing really to complain about especially at this price.

Parking spots can fill up fast. Get your spot early. Sometimes the hall does smell like pot but that smell doesn't travel into the actual room you stay in.

The greeting was friendly and check-in was efficient. All facilities were clean and well-maintained. The room was nice, well-equipped, clean, and comfortable.

There was no breakfast other than coffee. We knew that going in, so it wasn't a surprise. However, something would have been nice - cookies, donuts, something to take to munch in the car. The price was very reasonable, although on this trip we stayed at another hotel that was even cheaper and still provided a very adequate breakfast.

Clean and nice. Close to everything you need to go to....movies...shopping.

Person with Pit Bull on first floor had window open and dog jumping up to it. Almost got out. I was afraid that it might attack me. There were also 2 cars parked in the handicap spots with no placards displayed. I checked in at 3. Cars did not move at all. I checked out at 11 next day. I also did not like my room location. Too much walking to get to car from room. Then to have to worry about the vicious dog. I was not happy. Also toilet was loose at the base. Thought it was going to tip over.

The room was exceptional. When I travel I need a working refrigerator and microwave and coffee pot which this room at Red Roof had. I love the wood floors.With breakfast. Fortunately I travel with food and could use the microwave and refrigerator. The grounds in room were cleaning.

property was in a great location with good food locations within walking distance. bed was firm but I like my beds like that so it wasn't a bother. ac worked great, room was clean and fairly modern looking. shower was good and had good pressure.

there was various bug zappers with a bright light that were plugged into multiple outlets throughout the room. while I guess they did their job to keep bugs away, I usually unplugged them at night as they were really bright.

Location was perfect. Easy to find right off the freeway. Lobby and common areas were very clean. Water pressure in our room was great as well as plenty of available hot water even at peak shower times. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was pretty comfortable with enough pillows and warm blankets.

Oddly I seen a few ants in the room and even 1 in the bed. We stayed on the 2nd floor and it's mid November so that was strange. Its not a deal breaker though so would definitely stay there again.

the breakfast was surprisingly good , we had waffles and sausage gravy and biscuits which was very tasty, they also had cereal and muffins , some fruit and of corse coffee and juices , milk , i was super happy with the amount of choices

We were only there for an overnight stay so the main thing was comfort and the beds were very comfortable. The work desk had a nice chair and the bonus was the plug in was right at table level so you didn't have to get down on your knees and plug in under the desk. The bathroom was nice and the water warmed quickly. Also, both clerks I dealt with were very nice.

The beds were very high, wife is short with a bad knee and had difficulty even getting on it. Mentioned this to the clerk at check out and was told they have rooms with lower beds, we just had to let the check in clerk know.

The bed was very comfortable. The shower worked well and was comfortable, too. Staff was friendly. Good location.
