Homewood Suites by Hilton Cincinnati/Mason

The beds/pillows were all very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful to have. Room was good. Size a little bigger than other places.

We were on the 2nd floor. Every evening/night we has kids jumping and running around. We had to call the front desk to quite them down. But next night, it all started again (: It went on every night we were there. Also had a bathroom toilet that would periodically "recycle" water .... continued all night and we were unable to sleep well.

we were there two mornings and the hot breakfast offerings varied every day. Coffee was great and there were to-go cups too. The rooms were surprisingly VERY QUIET (and we were there on a weekend when there were a lot of middle-school kids attending a soccer tournament)

Our room didn't have a spare roll of toilet paper, but they were happy to replenish us at the front desk.

This was my first time staying at a Homewood Suites and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was beautiful, clean and stocked with everything I needed. I felt pampered. The breakfast offered the standard choices and was a comfortable seating area.

There was some sort of evening reception but no explanation of where and when.

The room was huge, clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. All staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking, close to shopping, restaurants, etc. They also have board and card games that guests can borrow. Numerous snacks and drinks (including wine) for purchase. Really great place!

It was all good.

super clean and quiet….loved the daily breakfast, great selection of things…..the location was perfect for Kings Island….lots of places to eat around the hotel and Wal Mart/Kroger is near by for anything you need….the overall area where the hotel is located is very well maintained and manicured….

only problem we had was a uncomfortable bed/mattress……

Good breakfast each morning. Good size room for two people. Handy to have a kitchenette.

The pool was cooler than expected and the WiFi stopped working with two days left on our stay.

I booked a 1 night stay with my daughter, it was her 11th birthday and she had 4 friends come to the hotel to swim with her. They had no problem with us using the lobby to gather there for pizza and cake. It was a very nice room and was very roomy. It was clean for the most part,there was dirty dishes in the dishwasher is probably my only complaint on cleanliness. I called to request additional towels and they wouldn’t send them up to my room, made us come get them. I would have thought after paying $175 for one night they could have brought them to us.

I thought the entrance to the hotel was inconvenient and odd. Most hotels have a large spot for drop off and check in for convenience but this hotel didn’t. I had to park and carry our luggage a distance to the hotel and making a couple trips to the car.

the rooms were big and spacious. beds were comfortable.

breakfast wasn’t stocked well ham cooked way too much, not enough eggs put out for the amount of people there. can hear people stomping around on the floor above our room. the air conditioning turns off before it reaches the desire temp wanted.

Separate bedroom. Kitchen facilities. Plenty of luggage carts available. Bed was comfortable. Separate thermostats for each room. Clean bathroom.

No comfortable chair to sink back in with an ottoman in living room. The only semi-comfortable chair was a straight-backed chair. Couch is a fold out which is quite firm and low-backed and not extremely comfortable. Breakfast is usually great but due to Covid . . . grab and go not very good. Most guests not wearing masks despite plenty of signage.

Convenient to a variety of places in the area

After driving a long distance and registering we realized the staff member didn't inform us about breakfast times or how to access the internet. We had to call for information. We confronted Raj and he stated all information is on a paper which he also forgot to inform us about. Traveling the Hilton brand around the world asking for this information isn't the customers' job.
