Comfort Inn & Suites Streetsboro - Kent

BF was good the attendant Laura was very attentive. It is difficult to give outstanding ratings when you are used to having the rooms serviced daily but the Comfort in was clean and well maintained for its age.

We found the hallways and corridors to be very stuffy. The rooms were well ventilated when you adjusted the AC. We did not like the fact that the smoking area on the side of the building was directly outside the side door.

The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was nice and the room was very comfortable. Great bed and even on the 3rd floor the water pressure in the shower was good. Great room.

We were very disappointed that the pool was empty. We would have stayed someplace less expensive across the street if we had known. It wasn't posted on the website that the pool was closed. The other places in the area were half the price.

We liked the location, beds, staff, and breakfast.

The lighting in the bathroom was poor. The bathroom wasn’t clean. The bathroom was so small that they had to cut the corner of the countertop for the door to open.

Best bed we've slept on across several hotel chains.

It was out of the chain's control but our room was more than we'd have preferred to pay due to a baseball game or event we didn't know about prior to booking and supply and demand.

Location was perfect. We were driving northeast from Blossom Music Center. Breakfast was adequate. I don’t eat breakfast early, but the orange juice was appreciated.

Everything was good as expected. I don’t have any complaints.

Perfect location for our needs

Not their fault, but a very noisy group of kids were there the first night. (Some kind of drum core group) super loud and clueless about how to behave in public

When we went to go into our room, there was a problem with the lock. It needed replaced, but it was Labor Day and wasn't fixed yet. They upgraded us to a suite for no extra charge. We were very grateful.

Room was clean, the beds were nice and comfortable, the staff was very friendly.

Didn't like the extreme charge for the first day. Felt like a huge price gouge because of the NBA game in Cleveland. Double the price of a normal night.

The room was clean, comfortable and very well laid out.

There was a bit of a bad sewer smell in the bathroom. I think it was coming from the sink.
