Hampton Inn Muskogee

The breakfast was great. The room and the hotel was clean and beautiful.

I didn't like the sliding bathroom doors. That do not lock. I also didn't like the choice of tile in the pool area. Extremely slippery when wet. Saw so many people almost fall. I being one of them. Dangerous and an accident waiting to happen.

loved the breakfast, would have loved it more if they had a few extra waffle makers. to many kids playing with it and parents not watching them. the mess was crazy and adults couldn't even use it. watched an old man take from the stack of mistake's these kids had piled on a plate by the dozen since they weren't eating them they just wanted to play and the old man was trying to get his breakfast on.

less wild unchecked kids screaming down the halls and parents actually parenting. but that's on the parents not the hotel. not a huge fan of 2 families and 8 kids crammed into 1 room because they wanted to use the pool. I though there was a limit of people per room.

Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The size of the room was great and all the staff were very nice and accommodating.

The only downside was the pool and the hot tub. They really could've used a good cleaning! The water in the pool was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom, and the hot tub needed to be drained and cleaned!

The staff was super friendly and helpful! The room was very clean and beds were extremely comfortable!! Shower was nice, and bathroom big! The Breakfast and dining area was very nice and good! In most hotels for me, I get too hot, even if I set temperature on 66 ,but it was nice throughout the night 😀 I would definitely stay here again!

Convenience of location. Staff was friendly, clean room. Clean lobby and lounge area. Nice indoor pool area.

One of the days we stayed they ran out of coffee and the breakfast side had only a few bagels left and boxed cereal (without milk). I asked on of the staff members standing in the doorway which appeared to be a prep room for the breakfast area if he could get me milk for my daughters cereal. He said he didn't know where it was. I told him to try one of the refrigerators behind him. There were at least 50 small milk cartons. He then put some out on the cold shelf area of the buffet.

Jets in hot tub did not work. We chose this hotel because of the pool and hot tub, so were disappointed in the hot tub. Sauna out of order. We had to change rooms because the thermostat did not work in our room. But we did appreciate the friendly and efficient solution to our thermostat problem.

We absolutely loved the bathroom and how beautifully organized and efficient all of the space was both in the bathroom and the room itself. The sliding bathroom door was a very nice touch as well.

We loved everything. When we arrived late we were offered bottled water which we truly needed and the breakfast offering in the morning was wonderful!

We liked the location, the room was clean and bed was comfortable, everything smelled good. Breakfast was good to.

Internet service is bad, I read that in another reviews when I was looking for a place to stay overnight.

The location was perfect for our needs, and the staff was exceptional! Our room was very clean and well stocked with the amenities we needed. And the Continental breakfast in the morning was good.

The only thing I would have liked, was that there would have been more fresh fruit at the breakfast counter. Other than that, I really can't think of anything that was amiss.

The friendly staff and the breakfast was really good. I also liked the complimentary coffee and tea.

There was no body wash in the shower, just shampoo and conditioner.
