Best Western Plus Tulsa Woodland Hills Hotel and Suites

The room was bigger than I expected. We were traveling with three granddaughters and having the space for them to spread out was awesome. The bathroom was large with a "table" in the tub, meaning they even had a good time taking a bath. Quiet rooms, lots of options for eating within a couple of miles. Breakfast was great and the lady there cleaned thoroughly which I appreciated.

The only two negatives were that we found a candy wrapper under the edge of one of the beds and the pool was disappointing. The acoustics in the room are terrible meaning you cannot even talk over the noise of the hot tub. There were some really rowdy young men at the pool. They were drinking and doing cannonballs, and even threw a beer bottle from the hot tub to the pool at one time. Hotel employees never checked in to stop it. Not the fault of the hotel except that it seems they would have an employee checking in periodically (This went on more than an hour).

I did like the location. We booked our room and then told our colleagues about the location and price. They booked less than 30 minutes afterwards. When we arrived we had a small room and our colleagues had a huge suit. We decided it was fate. But later that afternoon after we checked into the rooms. A customer had a small dog that barked all night. I went down and talked with Austin. He moved us to a bigger room and away from the barking dog. It worked out

The faculty was clean and staff was very nice and friendly. Would recommend to friends as well.

Its suppose to be a completely smoke free faculty, but all night we smelled weed and even in the room. We were told the pool was open til 10 on phone and at facility then come to find out it closed early at 8 due to Covid. Was u aware Covid wasnt out past 8.

I love how comfy the bed was. The staff was great and explained when I didn't understand. Really great first time booking.

I didn't like the fact that the pool closes early but I understand because of covid restrictions. I also I understand you can check in early but it still sucks you can't. Lighting wasn't the best in the rooms but that's go be excepted I think going to a hotel. One thing I will fully complain about is it doesn't tell there is a $100 deposit when you check in. You get it back but I feel like that should be included on your online services, Otherwise it was a super nice visit.

I liked the front and cleaning staff.The pool was a good size and my sin loved the hot tub.

Well we had stayed 4 nights and the breakfast was the same all four days so a little bit of change would ha e been appreciated and the hot tub was not hot more like warm bath.

I loved the ease of checkin. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a huge shower. Rather than a normal shower, it had a rain shower head.

As always there are a couple negatives. The flow from the shower head was excellent, but I felt the water could have been warmer. I was excited there was a hot breakfast. But it was scrambled eggs and sausage patties. They were excellent, but I found no Tabasco to go with the eggs. Of course there was cereal and yogurt, but I was also hoping for a waffle maker.

Room was clean except for carpet. Staff was very friendly and easy to get to room.

I had to check out a day early because weather was going to be bad and work had canceled me for next shift. Not sure what issue was but had an extra charge on my card. It took 3 days to get it removed. The good news was that it was finally removed. It just took many calls. If not for that it would have been a great stay.

it had a great breakfast selection. I thought the lobby looked elegant with the big chandelier.

it is hard to find it when you are from out of state. you have to wind around a car wash. I had to change rooms as there was a slug crawling up the wall in the original room.

I didn't get the breakfast because they stopped making the takeaway brown bags available at 9. I went to the front desk a few minutes after 9 to collect them. I thought this was a bit too much! I was in town for a kids soccer event and when you have a later game, you let everyone sleep a little bit longer to preserve as much energy as possible. The air conditioner worked very well. After a hot soccer game, I was able to get the room cooled down to 66 degrees quickly so that my athlete could cool off and take a nap in the afternoon heat. The property is next to a walking trail which was nice to use. The property was less than a block from US 169 Highway and very accessible to everywhere we needed to go.

The hotel had a bit of an incense smell that wasn't bad or strong just unfamiliar to me & noticeable. The back outside entrance had some spider webs around the doorway with a lot of bugs caught in the webs. I am not personally afraid of this but it did make the place seem very unkept. I stayed there Friday night and the $50.00 charge for incidentals (that I didn't charge.) is still sitting on my account waiting to be removed.

Clean . comfortable beds .good breakfast. Austin the guy who checked us in was nice polite and made sure we was taken care of. Need more like him in hotels.

Shower head leaked a little and people above our room 204 had lead feet and was stomping around tell late.
