Becky, the normal breakfast room lady was amazing! Excellent service and friendliness! I like that breakfast was included. I like that there was enough room for our family of 9 to stay. Included a kitchen with full fridge which was a definite plus.

I wish there were more options for breakfast. I appreciate what there was due to covid, but feel it could still be improved. It would also be wonderful to have had a playground onsite since the pool was closed. We had a hard time getting fresh towels and would have appreciated the staff tidying our room more than once during our 9 day stay. The kitchens could really use a stove as well.

I could never get online but it might have been because my laptop was too old for the motel system. The lady at the front desk did try very hard to help me with that. She went out of her way to help! My laptop just could not get the wifi but then, my laptop is ages old and not wireless.

Something the motel really couldn't do anything about. A little too much motel for me as far as size. An exercise room almost seems unnecessary when you have halls that are almost an eighth of a mile long in some cases. The valet carts available for moving your luggage car to room and back need to be larger. Ironically, the smallest carts I've ever seen for the largest motel I've ever stayed in!

Nice room with plenty of space for our group. The breakfast offered plenty of choices. Everything seemed clean and we felt reassured staying there during COVID. Staff was friendly and asked about our trip.

Prior to our arrival, we had inquired about accommodating a large trailer in the parking area. We did not receive any feedback, nor did the person at the front desk have any suggestions for us when we arrived. We had to park at the business next door.

Very good cleanliness, awesome breakfast, the bed was comfortable though the pillows needed an update for sure. The location was also great with lots of stores and restaurants near by.

The pillows and the sofa bed mattress were quite thin.

had to have a physical key to enter the exterior doors which was a little inconvenient when taking dogs out to potty

I felt like I was home. The staff from the moment I enter were super nice and accommodating. Even the breakfast staff made us feel at home. Will stay here everytime!

The pandemic has created a shortage of employees and the front desk had only one fairly new person on staff. She was overwhelmed but did the best she could do.

Location was nice. Room was big. Kitchen was well stocked.

Got to breakfast later and the food did look like it hadn't been refreshed.
