Aloft Tulsa

The property is unique. the design and architecture and location are different. I like that a lot. The lobby is polished concrete and the breakfast area has a wood ceiling. Really neat.

So. I picked this hotel because it had a pool and a hot tub and a lobby bar. The pool is abandoned (1 foot of gross rainwater at the bottom) and the hot tub was filled in with concrete and the bar is closed for the time-being This property is clearly being updated but this feels a little bit like bait and switch and the hot tub clearly won't be coming back.

The bed was extremely comfortable, very soft. I love the look to the rooms. The ladies that worked the reception area were extremely polite, and helpful. They made us feel very welcome and they really went above and beyond and we appreciate their help. And definitely made me want to stay there again.

I know this is more the booking company then the hotel. We didn't know the $100 deposit had to be paid on a card that we couldn't pay cash until we arrived. The coffee pot in the room didn't work and there was no microwave or fridge in the room. Other then that the stay was excellent and we will be back and refer our friends and family

The staff were all so friendly, helpful & overall amazing. We had our dog w/ us, & we had a room on the top floor, & it was really quiet & nice. The bathroom was a great size, & had lots of storage. They really accommodate pets, & I love the no pets fee. Saves so much $$ compared to other hotel pet fees!

I think the cleaning crew might be short staffed due to covid, & we had to wait 45 min past the check in time to get our room. Also the products in the room: I.e. coffee, creamer, tv’s seemed cheaper than the downtown location we stayed at about 9 months ago. Showers were really nice, but the water pressure was really low. Other than it was a great stay!

We liked the modern aspect of the hotel. The lounge areas were nice, inside and out. It was nice to have a bar at the hotel, so we didn't have to go so far after a few drinks. I liked having the walkin shower in our room. All the natural light coming into the room was great too.

It was about the grounds. I know you can't control people, but the mass amount of cigarette butts in the gardens and around the pool saturday morning were kinda a turnoff. I know staff is limited and the hotel was really busy, but someone could have picked up around the pool.

Very quite, screaming baby next door and barely heard him unless I went into the hallway. Service was great, they brought everything to my room due to Covid, which was really nice. The room was clean and had ample room.

I booked the hotel because it said it had a jaccuzzi tub. There are no tubs in this hotel! The bed was not very comfortable, but it was clean. On day of checkout, no hot water. Very very limited items to drink, eat, snack and price was way to high. Only one microwave in the whole hotel on first floor, none in rooms, no ice machines except check in floor, no hair dryers, only light were on head board and small desk.

saunas are always a plus for me! all around great hotel, pool area was nice and clean. beautiful bar and pool table games. activities outside. very urban and colorful. right next to Dave n busters. the beds were plush and cool. clean rooms and showers. we had a great stay and host was very nice

The ease of process with check in to checking out was amazing.

The lobby is BORING. Don’t know if it’s one of the “since Covid”cases, but the lack of bar is very disappointing. Gives no reason to hang at the hotel and socialize.

I really enjoyed pets are free and the desk staff was above and beyond bar was not open but there was wine and bottle beer to choose from pool was nice and clean as well will stay again my room was on the first floor which ws great and it was clean my dogs enjoyed it

Very nice place for the price. You can’t beat 90 bucks a night for a room like this. The hotel is very clean with a modern feel.

Everything was fine, no huge issues.

I was passing through, and unfamiliar with Tulsa. I liked that the location felt safe and there were conveniences around, like restaurants and shopping. I love that there were grassy areas all around the hotel (great for pets!) and that the staff was incredibly kind and supportive of travelers with pets. My check-in process was great, and the staff member was very kind to my dog, who gets nervous and overwhelmed entering a hotel for the first time. The room was clean and modern, had exactly what we needed for the night.

The TV kept going out, so that was a tiny bit inconvenient. It would have been great if we could have stayed on the first floor, which was still under construction, but honestly this wasn't a huge deal. My dog eventually got used to the elevator a little bit.
