SpringHill Suites by Marriott Tulsa

The bed was wondering and I liked the studio design.

First my confirmation did not Link over to the property and the receptionist, was not as she said "I am not able to confirm this reservation at this time" what is the purpose for booking in advance on the internet and it is of no use, especially from traveling all day it's hot and your hungry. Get up stairs to the room to shower and there was no face towels to wash with. Imagine paying all that money and something as simple as a wash cloth was not available.

That the tv had Netflix and our kids could watch there shows before bed and we didn’t have to huddle in front of an iPad. The beds were very clean the floors were clean. so happy it had a little kitchen for us to store drinks and wash bottles!

The front desk was never there or I had to holler for someone to come to the front, I didn’t want to ask for anything they seemed like I was the most annoying person to talk to. The bathroom had its spots where the floor was a little dirty, the knobs were a little loose and some cracks in the wall, but it’s still better than some hotels!

I have absolutely no complaints, but if I had to make one, it would be a better vegetarian selection of hot breakfast food. Such as potatoes and onions without meat.it is not a complaint but a suggestion.

The young lady that greeted us was perfect for her job. Helpful and accommodating to us. My parents got a call no one wants to get and my dad was so tired he could barely keep it together and she was so sweet and let him catch his breath while checking us in. She tried to help in every way and we truly appreciated it. The facilities are beautiful and although they’re going through a remodel you can see the time and effort being out in already.

Sadly because of the remodel many of the locks from the outside doors didn’t work. But that was minor and easily fixed by just taking a short walk around the building…

Very clean, beds were comfy, room was a good size, lots of options for breakfast. Pool is great kids really enjoyed themselves. Close to a lot of good restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

Our door key did not always work. It worked on the pool room and outside doors just not our room.

The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was modern and clean. Big shower and sink area was separate from the shower/toilet which was nice when everyone was getting ready for bed.

The bed was too firm for my liking. We had to ask for extra towels. Only 3 bath towels for 4 people doesn't work. I wish there were more options to sanitize while dining for breakfast. and the pool was very chilly. The kids didn't mind, but my husband and I didn't last too long.

The staff was just amazing and we LOVED our rooms! We had 11 kids with us to celebrate our 12 year olds birthday and literally everyone and everything was just amazing we’ve been telling everyone about it!! We had two rooms each with two beds and a pull out and all had a place to sleep!

Decent sized room, comfortable beds, breakfast was good, pool was nice.

No hot tub, laundry didn't work, couch in the room very hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom fan had no option to turn off and was very loud. The sink area also very small.

I love everything about this hotel. Hot water, great breakfast, the room was tremendously beautiful, and the staff was so professional, what I enjoyed the most it was so peaceful and quiet
