Comfort Inn & Suites Ashland

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly. The room was perfect for a quick overnight stay, and we were pleased with the location, which was right off the freeway. There were two gas stations nearby and that was convenient as we were heading home the next morning and were able to get gas and hop on the freeway.

The door at the end where our room was located didn't close very well. We reported it to the staff that evening and again when we checked out and although they were aware of it was a little concerning since the location is right by the freeway.

The front desk staff was very helpful when somehow, my reservation through Booking.com was lost. They remembered my special room request and managed to get me into the same room and even lowered the cost as compensation for the inconvenience. We've stayed at this property many times over the years, as it's close to where family lives, and they've always been great. I will continue to stay there whenever we're traveling to this area.

Well... booking.com losing the reservation wasn't great! But the hotel staff more than made up for that inconvenience, and, talking to booking.com cust service today, they have resolved the issue with a refund of their charges quickly and easily.

The staff was so helpful at check in and during our stay. We drove from Chicago to Ashland (our final location) and this was our fifth hotel in five days. It was by far the best. When I walked in the room smelled clean (very important these days). The room was spacious. Breakfast selection was excellent and in Covid times - handled safely. I will be visiting Ashland again and I will definitely stay at this hotel and recommend it to others. I also liked having the paper tag to put on our windshield for parking.

Very professional and efficient and location was excellent. The beds were very nice and clean and breakfast was great. Everything was in working order. Plenty of space for the dogs to walk.

Had a couple of of elephants running in the hallway but finally settled down around midnight. Could have done without that but that’s common everywhere.

Great stopover location. Great coffee in room brought my own half-n-half for room. Wonderful hot breakfast selections except the coffee creamer. Room seemed clean and smelled fresh. Staff is great and willing to accommodate my husband’s physical limitations putting us close to elevator.

One of the towels was dirty. Coffee creamer creamer leaves a lot to be desired!! Maybe try some shelf stable half-n-half. Had to dump the coffee and go out for coffee.

The staff was super friendly and even gave me dinner when I arrived late. It was the perfect place to stay with my Jack Russell Terrier. She is very aware of noise and it was very quiet, thankfully. Also, good places to walk on/near the property and very close to the greatest dog park on I-5.

When in Ashland this is our go-to hotel for its comfort, friendliness, very nice indoor pool open 24/7, location easy to get to though not in the central business district. It's safe and reliable. The reception person was friendly and fun to chat with.

Happy to have free hot breakfast but wish they would use fewer disposables for dining and room toiletries as well as more obvious efforts to recycle.

Breakfast was good, with plenty of options. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was so clean. Great location.

Breakfast tables weren't cleaned between guests. Trash cans in breakfast room had dirty lids that had to be touched to use. No coffee maker in our room.

The bed was pretty comfortable, and the breakfast was good. I really appreciated that there was an elevator!

The air in the hallways was rather stagnant and stuffy. The location although right off the freeway was not very close to any restaurants, for dinner

Our room was perfect. Well appointed and clean.

The ‘grab and go’ breakfast was fine. They had a lovely breakfast room that was inoperable and a little less than cared for. (The inoperable part could definitely be State of Oregon not the hotel.)Breakfast was to be from 6:00 to 9:30. At 6:00 no one was in attendance, the garbage was overflowing and creamer was smeared on the garbage lid.
