Cedarwood Inn

The location is very good. We could walk to good restaurants. Also the room was very spacious and clean. Very comfortable

Our air con was a bit weak and the room smelled like people had smoked in it even though it was a no smoking room

My room was huge and so comfortable. It had a bar area with fridge and microwave which was totally separate from the bath area, which I liked. Everything was clean. The staff was very kind. The breakfast was a nice bonus. There were 2 pools and a sauna. Lots of parking.

I had to ask for soap and toilet paper, which was weird. I also had to wait at the front desk for about 5 minutes before anyone showed up to check me in. Also, the ice machine didn't work, but there was no sign on it. You had to go to the office to get ice. Other than that, all was good.

The room was spacious and very clean.The beds were delightful. The carpets looked new but the sink and bath were a little shabby. Given the price I was more than pleased. Unfortunately there seemed to be no breakfast. That I suppose is the fault of Covid?

The location is convenient to getting downtown, the pool is a nice option, the building is well maintained for its age, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The building is obviously well loved and maintained, but it’s showing it age in uneven floors and steps as it has settled over time. If you have mobility or balance issues, this may be an issue.

For the price it's a really nice Inn! Pools were lovely & surprisingly well maintained, rooms were absolutely spotless and incredibly spacious, and breakfast was satisfactory!

The indoor pool wasn't open when it said it was supposed to be? Not sure why and we just used the outdoor instead, but figured it's worth mentioning

The units were clean. It appears they are really cleaning up the place! Daily cleaning service without missing a beat

The breakfast was a little disorganized and mostly carved based. One has no idea that the pancake Mix is in fridge or how to use the container it comes in. Very little fruit. But sufficient for the price

Clean rooms and fantastic staff...we will be back...A++++++++-- They presented my wife with flowers when they found out it was our anniversary...Everyone is so friendly here...we are definitely returning. Rooms are huge! Beds are comfy!

The property was clean, quiet and in a great location. Staff were polite and accommodating, especially Didar Singh. Due to unforseen circumstances, the reservation had to be postponed twice. He modified it for us and our trip was great! That was truly kind of him.

We arrived late and called the office to let them know we were there. We were greeted by a smiling young man who greeted us warmly, got us signed in and advised where our room was. The location was very convenient, we got into the room and feel into very comfortable beds. The room was clean.

There are two sinks in the bathroom. The faucet knob fell off right away. There was no Kleenex and no extra roll of toilet paper.

The new owners are working to upgrade the rooms. The bed and bedding were very nice.

While they weren't working at night, there are signs of the upgrade work outside the rooms (cardboard on the walkways in front of rooms they're working on, paint spills, etc.) I asked for a receipt at checkout and was told to look on the Booking.com website. Except the website indicated that payment would be collected by the venue. Office is only open 9am to 9pm. So no late arrivals. Early departure is ok if you don't want a receipt
