Hilton Garden Inn Portland/Beaverton

We stayed just one night to break up our travel. This hotel was more than comfortable and accommodating. They had a sheet that listed many restaurant choices for dinner. Which is so helpful when you don't know the town. When we had left the next day, we realized we left a pillow. The hotel called us later in the afternoon asking if we wanted to have it shipped home. We are going home the same way, so we will pick it up then. That was very kind.

There really wasn't anything to complain about. It was a good stay from beginning to end.

Hilton Garden Inn is a beautiful motel right off Highway 26. The lobby has a small restaurant and bar. The menus are limited but the food and drinks are quite good. The front desk was friendly but on my visit housekeeping wasn’t. The rooms are very comfortable and beautifully decorated. My room had wall mounted USB ports for electronics. The location is very good. There’s a restaurant and a convenience store nearby. Hilton Garden Inn offers easy access to Highway 26.

Personally I felt that the room prices were a little steep. Also the housekeeping staff looked at me like they wished I wasn’t there.

The breakfast was delicious and a good value. The kitchen staff was extremely friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable

The pillows on the bed were horrible, should have brought our own. To soft. Asked to have more towles and coffee restocked one day and it didn't happen. Front desk employees could be friendlier. Never a greeting after our initial check in. They could take lessons from the kitchen staff.

Loved that you accepted pets and had big beds for our family. we were displaced form our homes during the ice storm, so it was great to be comfortable.

No food options were open due to Covid. Gym was limited to one person.

how close it was to my family that lives there and Portland where I can do touristy things also being pet friendly was a plus so we could bring our puppy with us.

my fiancé who came with me is disabled and the bed we had was not disabled friendly for those with back disabilities like her. Spring mattresses are really terrible so alternatives to those along with or providing mattress toppers would help be more inclusive and accessible to future disabled customers and us if and when we return :)

The room was fine, except for the disgusting smell of marijuana coming from outside.

Breakfast. We don't understand how it possible cook an omelette to order and serve it cold. And surprisingly tasteless. There is a suspicion that it is prepared from some kind of ready-made mixture, and not from fresh eggs.

I liked that everyone was friendly.

I did not like that you did not have a complimentary breakfast and the strips on the shower tub were worn. You had no mats available to improve the situation and almost fell in the shower. I informed the front desk that it needed to be addressed for the next customer.

Spacious and I loke that they provide conveniences in the room such as 2 luggage racks, room for all your things, an iron and ironing booard...etc... I like that the rooms have a small kitchenette, I like that they have a nice lobby with a bar area to have a drink and socialize and an outdoor fire pit ou. All very nice options to have ĺ

The pillows were hard and uncomfortable , it would be nice to have had better quality pillows that were not so hard.

It warned that there was no room service if the stay were less than 4 days unless you requested. Even requesting it, they did not pass and neither did they on the fourth day. After claiming, they compensated us with one night of the stay for free.

Location was great, close to the highway, a local breakfast spot, and nearby coffee shops/restaurants. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Loved the lobby area and outdoor seating.

It was a bit pricey for what we got. Pillows felt a bit thin/cheap, toilet paper a bit rough/paper-y.
