The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and had everything we needed. We will be staying here again.

One of the dryers on the second heating element was broken so it didn’t dry my clothes and I was out $2.50 and when I tried to warn another guest she said she knew but said someone must have moved the out of order magnet, but I used another dryer and it dried my clothes very quickly. Other than that the laundry room was efficient and clean.

wonderful price for a clean comfortable room. Love the fact that the room comes with a full-size refrigerator and stove top and even a dishwasher. Unfortunately there were not any plates or glasses or anything in the room a utilize. I think that’s because of Covid and I think there was a sign that said I could go up to the front desk and get a package of kitchen supplies. But I figured it would be extra and I just didn’t bother

Room was nice and clean. The staff greeting us was friendly which was nice in our stressful situation.

The vending machine wouldn't take my debit card when I was hungry late at night. The overnight staff was not very friendly or helpful and seemed like I was bothering her when I asked for help. They were out of a lot of supplies but this was somewhat understandable since it was in the middle of a power outage..

Staff provided space in a first-floor storage room for our bicycles, which kept them out of the weather, and provided security. Our hotel room was spacious and had good separation between the sleeping area and the kitchen / living room space, which is helpful because of our different sleep schedules. We really liked that there were two sets of 2 windows, so lots of natural light, and although there is busy traffic in the area, the room was surprisingly well protected from the traffic sounds. We enjoyed being walking distance from shops and restaurants, and a grocery store.

The first toaster provided to us did not work at all, probably should have been checked before given to us. But the exchange for a working toaster was easy. Staff was really accommodating.

This location was central to all amenities, quiet, clean and a good value.

we arrived around 1030 at night. The front desk was unstaffed after several attempts to get someone I ended up calling an offsite number that I saw behind the counter. It was then that Tim showed up. It was a bit awkward. There was no signage anywhere on what to do if you came in late except for a phone in the lobby that says call this phone, but it was broken.

The professionalism and friendliness the front desk agent, Tim maintained during a tense and frustrating time of staffing shortage. Rooms were not ready at time needed to handle checking in guests. He apologized numerously and handled it the best way he could. Some had been waiting nearly an hour! Triple digit temperatures were recording breaking and made for a tense situation but Tim kept his calm.

This property is a very large complex, and several stories tall, but only one elevator located near front desk. Really would be helpful as in our case to have another elevator for guests at opposite end of complex.

One thing I would recommend is outlets available near the bed. Sometime I work on my laptop in bed, and need a few devices to charge while working. The charging ports on the lights are not enough.

The shower head was awful! And the spigot to turn on the water was so confusing.

Was overbooked at original location, however they accommodated me at another location 2 miles away. Very friendly staff at both locations.

No coffee in room, only available in the lobby from 6am-9:30am. Breakfast was granola bars, muffins, and/or instant oatmeal.

the room was a huge suite. a separate bedroom/bathroom and a living room with a comfy couch and a kitchen with a fridge and stovetop.

The advertised “breakfast included” was coffee and packaged pastries. Not great. But there are grocery stores nearby where we supplied with yogurt, etc…

The staff's kindness and consideration, the atmosphere, and the very fair daily rate.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The rooms are incredibly clean, well furnished, and comfortable. The daily rate is well worth it. Everything I could possibly need is accessible to me all the way from a guest laundry room, to cook/kitchenware, to a place where I can have mail safely sent. Also I've never had staff at a hotel be so helpful and considerate when I accidentally messed up a future reservation. Instead of making me check out and be screwed they pull some strings they didnt have to pull and helped me to resolve the issue.
