Super comfy beds, nice to have fridge and microwave in room, great breakfast options, helpful friendly staff. Felt safe and secure here. A quick 15-20 minute drive to airport.

Got locked out of the breakfast room when I went out to the patio section☹️ Door marked patio and there were tables and chairs set up, was dismayed to find myself locked out and unable to get back into the room. I ended up going through the pool area to get back in, luckily the pool room door was slightly ajar.

The food was great!! The staff was friendly for the most part. Beds were comfortable.

The young cleaning lady with the dyed hair and piercings would not respond after I tried ti get her attention for over an hour. She had earphones in and was cleaning the room next to us. I needed clean towels , so I just gave up. I had to take my dirty towels and go down ti the front desk and ask for clean towels. That was annoying!

Pool was fun for the kids but the jets in the spa haven’t worked for a few months as I can see from the reviews and they still don’t work. breakfast was ok, close to a few restaurants and shops which was handy

not much, staff behind front desk don’t have uniform it’s all very casual not an issue though

Breakfast has great choices and every morning varied from the day before. Perfect spot to easily get to the Expo.

Seemed expensive. The card lock at the south side door doesn’t work so it was a bit inconvenient. Just got extra steps in!😉 The room key doesn’t unlock the pool facilities. Had to ask the desk every time.

Excellent stay , met all our expectations. It was just for an overnight stay while we were passing through town. Front desk was extremely friendly and gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant ! Definitely stay again when we are passing through.

Usual breakfast. Ran out of main course before we arrived one morning. Grandkids and cousins loved playing in the pool.

Having enough breakfasts for number of people staying there. Some family members said some staff not friendly but we had no problem with staff we interacted with.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Our black out curtains were unable to close. We were on the backside where the street is lined with homeless individuals. I would prefer to have my curtains closed at night.

There was no maid service which is good during covid. Breakfast was good and room was clean and comfortable

Staff was overwhelmed and unprepared for the volume of people at breakfast. Ran out of coffee, eggs, and bacon. Location was convenient until you went out the back way and had to go through a homeless camp.

A tall skinny middle age man with hat on hanging around the property bumming cigarettes from us in the front parking lot. Saw him again at homeless camp out back on road, we could see out our back facing 1st FL window that wouldn't open.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Booking was easy. Location and price were good. Mask-wearing and social distancing was enforced, and no one in my family felt unsafe. Because of covid, breakfast was provided to us via pre-packaged snack/breakfast bags with an assortment of pastries, fruit, and bottled water.

Booked two connected rooms, but one of them hadn't been cleaned (whoever had stayed before us had flipped the security guard preventing access to said room). Told the front desk and she immediately found us an alternate one. Unfortunately, there were no other connected rooms, so we had to get two separate ones. It was a little disappointing because we had a child with us who goes to bed early and having connecting rooms to relax/stay up later would've been nice, but it was only a minor disappointment.
