Bend Inn & Suites

The lady at the front desk was very kind and even called my cellphone before I showed up to be sure I was going to make it; She upgraded my room to a king-size bed without extra charge. Located short distance from all amenities within the city. Liked the space in room. Bathroom and sink were nice and always appreciate it when you provide soap. I also liked being able to park car right next to my room; easier to load luggage to and from car.

The air conditioning fan in my room kept making this noise that almost sounded like a revving motorcycle, it went on throughout the night as I tried to sleep, had to turn fan off when I usually prefer it on. My room also had an electrical outlet that didn't work, I had to move a lamp stand to a different part of the room to be able to use it.

Wonderful location, friendly staff, great rooms and very nice price!! Will definitely be staying here again. The area felt safe and there is a restaurant located across the parking lot!

My only complaint is the lighting. Way too bright and flourescent. I would suggest a warmer bulb/lighting for comfort :) The shades are too bright, but I do think that is only because the bulbs are too white and static for the ambience.

The room was clean, great location, and easy for taking dogs out. The staff was very friendly. The pool was very clean.

Our neighbors were very loud our first and last night. You couldn't leave the dogs in the room and It was really hard to take the dogs every where with us. I think if they are kept in a kennel you should be able to leave them. The pillows were really flat

The staff were excellent. The rooms were very clean. The fridge was bigger than most hotels with a good size freezer. The internet worked great. We stayed there 2 nights and we look forward to returning. We like the close proximity to grocery stores. Also the bath tub was huge.

The heater took us some time to have it work to keep us warm and not make too much noise. The first night was a rough night for me but not my wife. Our gps wanted us to make a right turn when we should have turned left. Getting in there isn’t the easiest thing to do. But once you get there it’s easier.

It was our third visit, so that will tell you something. The name changed in the last year, but it still has the same owners. They work hard to keep this place running smoothly. The room is comfortable (which is important since we usually stay four-five nights. It is always clean and nice. It is nice to have a good budget motel in an expensive city!

An easy, no hassle place to stay. Very clean and updated rooms. Extremely nice front desk people. They don't knock on your door an hour before check out to tell you you need to check out, like several other motels in the area. Our privacy was respected and we were treated like adults.

Worring about being thrown out.... apparently this facility will throw you out in the middle of the night if they think you might be doing something wrong. That was stressful.

It was in the perfect location for the Comedian show we were watching at the Hayden Homes Amphitheater. It was a quick overnight stay so we were only in the room for a quick sleep. It’s simple and nothing fancy but it did the job we needed it to without spending a ton of money.

No noise & a lot of parking & amazing staff very helpful & gave us fliers to find good restaurants

Floors were a bit dirty & the door had a big hit which closed but I still could see light peeking through just for safety reasons especially with family

Very helpful when I was delayed and needed a late check-in. Friendly, great communication, and they clearly wanted me to be a happy customer. Older facility, but it was very clean, nice inside the room, and overall a great value.
