Element Bend

The property was well maintained and clean, my family enjoyed the court yard, swimming pool, and liked the location being close to downtown and walking trails along river. I loved how accessible the entire hotels was even without booking a wheelchair room.

The entrance to the hotel parking lot from NE Olney Ave is not constructed to accommodate wheelchair Vans and not marked, so our can scrapped really bad. The breakfast missed a good review by a few marks. The grill only cooks the item of the day, the toast and bagels didn’t have any cream cheese or jelly, the muffins didn’t get marked with flavors. All small details but things that would better accommodate families and provide variety.

I was very impressed with the hotel itself, but mostly the staff. We were stranded for a few days without a car after vacationing. When I called to ask if the hotel offered a shuttle, Tyler said no, but offered to pick us up if we needed a ride! We were able to get an Uber so I didn’t have to take him up on his offer, but it was just incredibly nice of him to try to help. Then when we got to the hotel, Natasha was able to get us an early check in, which was so helpful since we had no where to go, all of our luggage, and a cranky toddler. Then later when my husband when down to ask the front desk if we could have move right next door to the larger room so we had more room for the crib, they actually were able to upgrade us right away, at no additional cost. We would have paid but it was just so nice to be accommodating a helpful like that. Having the larger room, a separate area for the crib and a full kitchen/eating area just made everything easier with a child. Being stranded for a few days was very stressful and exhausting but the hotel was in a great location for walking to restaurants, going to the park, etc and I really appreciate everyone who helped make our stay a little easier!!

Wonderful and tasty breakfast provided by great kitchen staff, fully equipped kitchens in rooms, and great fitness gym and pool. Daily happy hour was also really nice and happy hour staff was friendly and service was great.

We had to ask the front desk three different times to provide refills for Kleenex, toilet paper, and clean towels. The front desk desk also misinformed me regarding the availability of the fitness gym for one morning. Finally, our room floor needs a good cleaning including in the various corners, but then I can be picky and I would definitely stay at the Element again!

Great location, walking distance from downtown where you can find tons of eateries and breweries. Room is big, clean and comfortable. They have hot and cold breakfast every morning and complimentary happy hour 4-630 Monday-Thursday.

Price is high but the area is safe when traveling with kids and that was important to us.

Absolutely beautiful new hotel with modern, Scandinavian influenced design and decor. Very comfortable, great amenities including an open airy lobby, outdoor patio and nice spa/gym and indoor pool. Breakfast cooked to order. Room a lovely suite, could be a condo unit, efficient and comfortable. Modern electronic access in rooms and lobby area. Across the street from one of many parks along the Deschutes river and trails. easy walk to downtown and hi way access. All staff friendly and helpful. Hotel emphasizes health and fitness with the menu and the decor featuring Bend activities. Great place to stay.

This hotel is a must. It's an experience within bend itself. Very close and very clean. Rooms were wonderful staff was amazing. Breakfast was great, the little touches throughout and awesome location. Thanks for the stay! We'll have to do it again!

No bath mat in the bathroom. Slippery floors.

This was our first visit to Bend and we were extremely pleased with our room and the entire facility. This is an excellent location. Very quiet and within walking distance to all the food and shopping. Our room was clean, comfy and well appointed. Breakfast was great and the staff was accommodating and friendly. We will definitely come back to Bend and we will definitely stay at Element!

It feels like being back to Europe - everything is as it should be in an XXI hotel. Pluses: - Spacious room - Spacious bathroom - Excellent Tv&Internet - Fully equipped kitchen - Impeccable clean - Dogs allowed - Tall ceilings - Modern amenities - XXI century decor - Tastefully decorated lobby - Espresso machine in the lobby available 24/7

The staff greeted us warmly and gave excellent service including the chef in the Breakfast room. Our room was comfortable and well appointed. The design of the building was spacious and appealing, especially the wide hallways and big windows.

Location was great, easy walking distance to shops, restaurants etc spacious room, clean & very friendly staff. The social drink at 5pm was a lovely touch

There were 4 of us, so my daughter took the sofa bed. It was not very comfortable, could feel the springs underneath.
