The room was comfortable. We requested first floor since there are no elevators and we have health issues.

The entrance is difficult go find in the dark. The swing shift male employee was borderline rude. He was got helpful when we ask for information and he acted like we are a bother. The night soft person was really nice and helpful. I prefer to stay where i can leave my car while away but I wasn't given that option online when I booked and was told by the unhelpful employee it would cost more to do it that way.

Good location, the sound of travelers in the hall getting ready to go to the airport meant my noisy little family wasn't an unexpected disturbance.. The gated.parking lot gave us a feeling of security. Cozy, clean room, and the windows open, allowing a little.fresh air in.

Our room.was.toward.the middle of the hotel, and we had access to just a staircase. An elevator would have been very helpful. COVID is technically 'over' but there was no coffee, and the restaurant was shut down. No working air vent in the bathroom and the bathtub stopper was.missing.

The staff was super nice. I got to the hotel really late, around 1am. I had an issue and Gael (apologies if I misspelled her name) was super nice and went out of her way to help me out until I could get everything straightened out the next day. The gal that was working during the day (Jasmine, I think) was aware of the situation and was also super helpful. When there was an issue with my debit card upon checkout, she let me go on the honor system that I would make different payment arrangements when I got back to LA. Not a lot of hotels would do that. I really appreciated all their help.

There was nothing I can think of that I didn't like.

Night staff behaved like he didn't want to be there. Answered questions adequately with no real amiability and no eye contact at all for each of the 2 separate stays I made within a week. Shower sprayer handle had a piece missing. Maybe have a second delivery menu for something besides. Pizza stuff (like something Asian or American fare).

Friendly staff. I find the staff always sets the tone of the stay. The bed was beyond comfortable. The desk was just the right size to be able to do my work in the hotel.

The restaurant was closed. I like to be able to do everything in one spot. So, if you all could get the restaurant open again, that would be great.

The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The first room we were going to be given was upstairs and there was no elevator. I told the desk clerk that I would like to see the room, which I was able to do. The room upstairs had mold all over in the shower area...yuck. I went downstairs & told the clerk that I wanted a different room which he was able to do, he gave us Rm 128. It was in a good location, comfortable & clean.

Hotel needs to provide an elevator for guests who are unable to use stairs or carry heavy luggage up the stairs. Hotel also needs to check on the cleaniness of the bathrooms, especially in the shower areas. Housekeeping staff should be trained to use bleach on the moldy areas in the shower, shower curtains and soap holders. It is a huge turnoff for guests to see mold everywhere in the shower area. Thankfully, this time the room that I stayed in Rm128 was clean and bathroom had no mold. My previous stay in June, 2021, I had Rm 131 and the bathroom shower, shower curtain & soap holder was covered in black mold. It was terrible.

The Manager on Duty was excellent ! I winessed a man that was staying in hotel, activally harass and leer at the Manager and she was on point with the amazing amount of diplomacy to deal with this creeper. I cannot believe the amount of patience she had and deserves a massive amount of commendation. I cannot remember her name much to my sadness .

It was far from the entrance for my Mother in a walker. If you could provide a preprinted sheet of information of how and where located closest restaurants, gas stations, and perhaps shopping, as well as provide recommendations of delivery to hotels as the restaurant was closed, that would be wonderful!! I have been to many other hotels and B&Bs and would be a great customer reviewed item. I am in a service industry as a lifelong owner of Salon and Hair Designer.

You cannot compare my '5-star' review to a Four Seasons or anything like that, but as a value resort, it more than met my needs. It was very close to the airport, had a free shuttle, and most importantly, accommodated me and my dog for the night before we continued our journey the next morning. In addition, the staff was very friendly and accommodating of additional needs.

I absolutely love the quality and how very clean and neat the entire hotel was. The front desk personal was kind and handled everything professionally. The beds are super comfy and enough pillows are provided. I will stay here again or any other time I am flying in and out of Portland, OR. A+++

It turned out to be a great deal- clean, comfortable, and with staff who really cared about my needs. I was able to buy cereal and milk in their food kiosk, which was perfect for me.
