Inn at the Shore

Loved the view from the room and oceanside access to the beach, most of the staff were very pleasant and attentive. Rooms cleaned regularly and thoughtfully. Overall a positive experience.

Parking was adequate but a bit difficult to navigate. We got switched to a different room part way through our stay due to a double booking and had to go drive around for a little over an hour while they cleaned a new room which was slightly inconvenient but the staff indicated that this was due to the booking website and not due to their staff. No laundry machines on site or in close proximity to site for longer stays.

We really liked this place! We did the two bedroom ocean view room and it was very roomy, especially for my family of four. I liked that there were 1.5 baths so one could be of use while someone was showering. The set up of the bathrooms worked just fine for us. It’s a bit dated but it felt very clean. They also supply box fans which was great bc the day we arrived it was 80 degrees! The view is great and access to the beach is amazing, just a few short steps to the beach and promenade. We really enjoyed our stay here!

The only thing I didn’t like is that it is at least a 20-30min walk to downtown. Otherwise, it’s a great place to stay. If you plan to drive, ride bikes or don’t mind walking to the down town area, you’ll really enjoy this location.

Hotel located next to the beach in a very quiet area. Spacious and comfortable room with all the necessary equipment and everything very new. The very friendly and attentive staff was in contact with us at all times to facilitate check-in, since the time that appeared on our reservation was not correct and we were going to arrive later than the cut-off time.

The error in the check-in deadline, which I don't know if it was the fault of Booking or the hotel for not properly updating/informing the data. Fortunately, the matter was resolved easily and without major problems.

The guy at the reception is incredible! We were expecting to meet regular hotel worker who just does his job, but instead we met a person of the world! Great conversation time during our evening check-in!=) He was sweet to give us to watch "Goonies" DVD to watch in the room (there is a DVD player in the room). Thanks! Room was spacious enough and clean. We had a microwave and the fridge inside, so that's helpful if you want to grab some food and eat at the hotel. We were lucky to have a sunny weather in the morning (March visit), the view from our balcony was really nice and created a great mood for the day (we had partial ocean view). The hotel offers very close access to the beach and I imagine that in summer when the weather is warmer it will be very nice.

The entrance area by the fridge had some stinky smell. We think that smith happened there before we checked in (vomiting smell or stinky shoes, not sure...), and even the room was cleaned the smell just stayed... It was especially strong in the first evening. Visually we didn't see anything that could create this smell. The bathroom is quite tiny, but it's ok for the short stay, more important if you plan to stay longer.

Love the front desk staff and how helpful and kind they are. Love the location. Love the space to the room great size space to spread out with a family. Mattress was good softness level.

The pillows were the hardest I had ever used. Had a headache every morning. Bedding was sheet and thin sheet like blanket with no other heavier blankets available. Booking said balcony so expected upper level lodging but was on first floor so was surprised by having patio and lots of observers instead.

the hosts tried to think of everything a person could want and were very thoughtful. My only suggestion would be a long shower mat in the shower as it was slippery. and for the women, perhaps a pull out magnifying mirror would be wonderful to help with makeup application. I realize this may sound picky, but, since they thought of absolutely everything else one could need I thought I would throw that in the mix. I would absolutely stay there again. The host was extremely helpful as we were driving there to give advice on how long it would take, etc from where we were. I give it a AAA rating. Also the bed was very comfortable as was the couch.

Beautiful view very close to beach access and walk down the promenade till you get to downtown beautiful hotel quiet location a little construction in the morning but nothing that made my night or stay terrible the staff was amazing and the salts they give you for your jacuzzi tub phenomenal that extra little additive to make her stay that much better thank you inn at the shore I will be back for another stay

The hotel was beautifully located it was nice room clean comfortable pillows and bedding and fireplace and it was just beautiful and very good for the value

Great location, awesome views, very clean. Amadeus at the front desk was so pleasant and friendly. Kitchen in the room was well equipped. Nice to have four chairs on the balcony- enough for the number of guests that can stay in the room. Also, thank you for remembering that not everyone is a coffee drinker- it was a pleasant surprise to have hot cocoa pods for the Keurig machine! My only gripe would be the beds were too soft and the bath towels a little small, but other than that- perfect! We will be back for sure!

The room had such a beautiful view. I really enjoyed that part. Love the open balcony.Lori at the front desk was a jem! It was nice that I could cancel the reservation less than 30 days out. The kitchen was sufficient but I was glad I brought extra utensils for the spaghetti that I made for a group of 10. The light switch in the ocean view room did not work. I will definitely be back!!! Loved that you had bicycles to use.Hard to say everything was so nice. There were sufficient towels that was wonderful. Did not have to ask for anything. There were a lot of stairs to go to the third floor but the more you went up and down the shirt or the walk went

Location. Perfect. Beach front. Can hear the ocean. Kitchen, dishes. Clean, smell nice. Wonderful back patio. Enough space to sit and watch the ocean.

Dirty stained carpets. The place Is clean and smells good, and it looks like they are doing upgrades. The couch is filthy and so uncomfortable. I planned to work and do schoolwork, which was a bit painful, but worth it being where we are. If you plan to cook, bring your own seasonings, as they are not provided. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR. I was on the 3rd floor which was nice because I could leave my windows open to hear the ocean but damn those stairs. The evening staff lady was kind enough to help me get my crap upstairs. just beware.
