Location always very comfortable always treated very respectful

At breakfast Saturday morning felt very uncomfortable the way I was being watched stared over at the food breakfast bar that morning sure I had already came down for breakfast for myself but I had came down a second time to get coffee bacon for my father and I felt very unwelcomed. The lady cooking was very warming and made me feel welcome it was the person stocking and wiping tables

We loved the beds the pillows and the black out blinds. We also appreciated the cleanliness and the convenience. the breakfast was the best ever had at any hotel and we are frequent customers. Especially enjoyed the chocolate almond milk as we are vegan and vegetarian.

The only issue we had was with the slamming doors from other customers rooms. We were woke up a few times very early in the am. Perhaps making the doors close softer.

Located nearby where I was visiting. Restaurant and gas station connecting with the property. Easy access to everything. Jason who checked us in was awesome! He was Very cheery and welcoming!

It is a bit hidden so may be hard to find at first. Can be a plus and a minus. Being hidden made it also quieter as it is located off a busy highway. Bed was too high so made it hard to climb into otherwise comfortable.

Breakfast was great. Room was clean and comfy. Staff was very helpful

Room across hall was being cleaned with ozone treatment and there were terrible fumes and smells leaking into our room. Made my eyes and throat burn . Staff got us moved quickly, but this was a huge issue.

The breakfast was good but they close too early during the week.

Breakfast hours too short. Room service needs to clean trash daily even if they don't clean room COVID is over as an excuse.

Breakfast was good. Those Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches were yummy. The staff was really nice and helpful.

Unfortunately, since I only was renting a car, it was too far away for me to stay there.

Booking.com charged me ridiculously high rate on same category of room a colleague traveling with me got at about 25% cheaper from a different reservation site.

The facility was recently remodeled and very nice. Hot breakfast was wonderful.

The noise outside near breakfast area and lobby echoed down hall to our room. We stayed in 109 and late night talking and very early morning conversation could be heard.

It was a very nice room, first floor, great location.

When I checked out I accidentally forgot my phone charger. When I realized it the next evening I called and although I talked with two different employee at two different times they did not find my charger.

staff was extremely friendly and helpful. the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. it was quiet at night. the breakfast served in the morning was yummy and the coffee was piping hot.
