The staff was very helpful they definitely went out of their way to get you something if you needed something or forgot something at home the rooms are very clean the bed it was very comfortable along with the sheets and the pillow case should be in very clean I stayed here multiple days in a row and it had no problems at all. And the breakfast was really good egg sausage you can make your own waffles and they also had a bunch of other things for the price I would definitely suggest staying here. The swimming pool also was very clean The only downside was the hot tub was down for Is maintenance.

Honestly for the price in the location you really couldn't have gotten much better I really don't have any suggestions as far as that does

Made sure we had an easy to access room for our dog. We had a sliding door to the outside so we didn't have to walk her through the hotel. Also the breakfast selection was pretty good. Location wasn't bad, you don't have to travel far to get to prime locations.

The rooms were not very sound proof. You could hear alot going on around you. Including kids jumping on beds 5 rooms down. That was pretty much the only downside, everything else was good for the price.

We always stay here for concerts and Penguins hockey, as often as possible. It’s quiet, the staff are just the best, the breakfast is pretty good (though not quite as good as in the past, probably because of losing so much business during the lockdowns). WiFi is good. We love the lady in the breakfast room, and had a fun conversation with Debbie and her friend at the front desk, talking about how completely fabulous The Rolling Stones concert had been the night before at Heinz Field. We didn’t have an opportunity to use it this trip, but the hotel has a great pool and hot tub. It’s like home away from home for us and like being with family. We love it, but it’s not frilly. The beds are very comfortable. After all the cancellations last summer, it felt so good to be back.

There wasn’t a microwave in the room, not a big deal though.

The continental breakfast was decent and the lady working to keep breakfast items stocked and assist guests was awesome, she was working very hard to maintain everything in the breakfast area, she was very friendly, attentive and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, the staff was helpful and courteous.

property was a bit run down, it was apparent that the property had many maintenance issues and needed updating, from the cracked ceiling plaster in the hallway, non working ice machine, dim (creepy-ish) bathroom lighting, and downed tree against the back of the building including our balcony.

Perfect distance to the city. My family and i always stay here when we go to Pens games because it's such a great price for being 10 mins out of the city Room was so nice, the sliding door to my car made the packing and unpacking so easy. The staff was so nice!

There were grease stains on the sheets and pink marker marks on the blankets

The beds were SO comfy! The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The rooms were easily accessible from any part of the parking lot. Not a lot of stairs, which is good when you’re coming from a four hour concert with only standing room

when we arrived here around 5:30, we were very hungry and were told you had a restaurant that served dinner so we didn't have to leave the hotel to look for a restaurant. We ate a delicious chef salad and the server was very polite. Would definitely recommend your hotel. We had a delicious hot breakfast and the server was very friendly & polite. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Great hotel & experience.

The breakfast staff, Judy, is amazing. We choose this location because it offers breakfast; ac the staff is good. Although we understand budgeting, please try different meats with breakfast.

Please clean the rooms better. The heater was very dirty. The towel rack in the bath was rusted on the underside.

-I wish there was more chairs in the room that could be brought outside to relax and enjoy the quiet -The beds were a little too small for two adults and they were quite stiff - There should be a table in the room

Very clean, staff was amazing, location was perfect and close to the hospital that we needed to go to early the next morning. We have a medically needy daughter and it was perfect for unloading her and her medical supplies!

There was nothing we disliked about this location. If we ever have any other early morning appointments we will be staying again.
