Comfort Suites Monroeville

The front desk staff, Sanjay, was wonderful and accommodating. He was very personable and answered all my questions. The room was a nice, comfortable size. Neat and Clean!. The bathroom was very roomy. Beds were amazingly comfortable and my mother and myself fell asleep easily. Close to all. Nice breakfast. Just enough variety.

Everything was great!

The room was dark and quiet for sleeping. Also spacious and it just smelled good when I walked in. I had literally checked out of a Holiday Inn Express earlier that day that I’d been in for a week in another state for a baseball tournament. That room smelled like mildew and the carpet was damp. Walking into your room that eve was such a nice experience after that.

the staff was very nice, and our room was well prepared. I also really enjoyed the free breakfast, and how long breakfast was served for!

The only thing I can complain about was the location of outlets. my fiancé and I needed to charge our phones at night and only one nightstand had an outlet. otherwise it was pretty great!

Hotel was very clean! It was conveniently located for quick access to route 22, route 376 and the Turnpike. Great location for access to shopping and food.

The “breakfast” was a lot to be desired. They didn’t have a huge selection of breakfast items to choose from nor did they actually serve a hot breakfast like many other hotels in the area do.

I liked EVERYTHING. Front staff member Trish was Exceptional. The breakfast was good, Although I wish they would have had another option for breakfast meat other than pork. Perhaps turkey sausage or beef bacon would be good, but great atmosphere.

The staff were friendly, rooms were clean and came with a fridge and microwave, located right off of the highway.

Breakfast was tricky with gluten and dairy intolerances... eggs without cheese would have been nice.

Close to the Monroeville convention center where we were staying. Fit 4 of us very comfortably with room for the pack and play... Breakfast was good for free. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Easy check in and out and thankfully first floor. No loud noise or anything. Beds were comfortable

Our room and the hotel itself was extremely clean.

The meal was advertised as breakfast. They provided a breakfast sandwich to heat in a microwave. There was a waffle iron and other breakfast foods. Say what it really is please. However, it was good.

Bed was very comfortable, room was very quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Appreciated the local morning paper availability on our first night.

Could tell the building was showing its age; the hallways looked a little rough around the edges (paint needed). Room itself looked updated, however. COVID apparently somewhat limited the breakfast selection, although the selection was above average.

pretty much everything was wonderful this is a place that my sister prefers so i was following along and this hotel exceeded expectations: comfort, design, friendliness of the staff, cleanliness, breakfast options (which were a bit limited due to Covid precautions) were outstanding. when we visit the Burg again, this is probably where we will stay.
