Red Roof Inn Greensburg

The room was extremely clean. I loved not having carpeting, but I nice squeaky clean floor. I felt comfortable walking in my bare feet, which I typically won't do in a hotel room. The modern appearance of the room is nice and it was very convenient having the huge number of outlets/charging ports on the bedside lamps. I also liked that it was very close to the casino.

There was nothing we didn't like. It was a really great stay. If I had to be picky, finding the entrance was a little confusing because they are doing some work on the front of the building.

It was very clean and the staff was professional.

Other people in our hall were smoking in their room. We complained multiple times. Staff made excuses that someone must be outside smoking. I assured them that wasn't so. I was just outside walking my dog.

Very clean, smelled pleasant. Room was comfortable and very clean. Staff was very nice and helpful.

No breakfast but I knew that. We had a room upstairs and no elevator, but I knew that as well. Hard for older folks to lug their belongings up and down the steps.

It was easy to get to our room. It is a small but decent hotel. They had signs posted throughout the hotel that quiet hours were 11-7. It is a pet friendly hotel.

The ice machine was on the first floor and we were on the second floor (not a big deal). They also only gave us 3 towels when there were 4 of us. (Again not really a big deal, we just asked for another one).

There was no breakfast available as it looked as if the area next to self serve coffee pot was under construction and multiple units of AC stored in what must have been the seating area. Jesse, the front desk clerk was extremely courteous and friendly, and we were able to exchange our wet towels, etc., for clean ones, after we collected them and brought them to the lobby, since our room was never attended to after the first night stay. I understand that there is a staff shortage everywhere as a result of the pandemic, and were not upset, as we consider his courtesy an overriding factor and his apology for the inconvenience. Kudos to him!

The vent in the bathroom did not exhaust the air and did not pass the tissue test, as the tissue placed against the exhaust just fell down despite the fan being on. I would respectively suggest that there should be a larger shelf installed in the shower as the one there is inadequate to hold and toiletries. In addition, I would also suggest that future renovations include a “higher” throne for the commode as it was, at age 81, a shock going down and then trying to get back up when one is used to a “higher” seat.

I realize cleaning every day is not being done daily because of staffing and the pandemic. Our son stayed in the room next to us and found dog dirt and pee in the bathroom on arrival. We put dirty towels outside our door. We were gone most of the day; when we returned the towels were gone but no clean ones were left.

I understand that because of the pandemic and staff shortages, rooms are not cleaned daily. However, they should be cleaned between quests. My son stayed in the room next to us and found dog dirt and pee on the bathroom floor. Our floor wasn’t clean as I could tell by looking at my white socks. We left towels outside our room and they were never replaced with clean ones.

The facility and our room were excellent. We thought things had already been remodeled and were surprised when we learned that things were going to be remodeled in tge near future. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely stay there again!

The location was perfect, very close to the mall, casino, restaurants. Staff was so helpful and friendly. Our room was neat and clean, and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much and I highly recommend, great deal!

Very clean, staff was super nice, almost every thing is in the area so we didn’t have to drive too far for food, gas, etc. I’m from the area but my friends are not so it was nice to show them where I grew up!

Unfortunately for us (my fiancé, best friend, and her bf) we had a lot of bags for our one week stay and there wasn’t an elevator for the second story. We made it work though ;)
