Holiday Inn Express Frazer - Malvern, an IHG Hotel

We enjoyed having hot options for breakfast, but didn't realize there were boiled eggs for a more healthy option until the last 2 days. The rooms were nice for the price in the Philly area. Love having pillow options! The house keeping staff did a nice job and didn't grab towels that didn't need replaced. The exercise room came in handy for quick workouts on the elliptical or with weights.

I would rather peel an egg myself for breakfast than have it pre-peeled (they were unsightly). We were disappointed that the pancake machine was down and would have enjoyed more fresh fruit options. Our tub drain was very slow and the door concealing the refrigerator needs repair - overall, a great deal for the price in that economic area. Hotel stays have become extremely expensive. Y'all did a great job, though.

We loved the location, breakfast, comfortable room. LAMAR!! was the BEST breakfast host ever. He kept everything clean, hot, stocked, and was so friendly right until cutoff.

The only negative was the second morning when breakfast was being manned by a different staff member, everything was almost empty and I had to go ask front desk for milk and other items. Then when the woman showed, she didn’t even make fresh food or check to make sure there was still hot food for others to eat for the last hour of breakfast. Super disappointed in her. Breakfast is part of the reason we always stay at holiday inn.

The AC worked great in the middle of a heat wave. There was a Keuring coffee machine, microwave, fridge, and desk space. The sink had plenty of room for my toiletries. The beds were comfy and there were both firm and soft pillows. The drawers were spacious, there were enough hangers, there was a full length mirror and bench seat, and there were plenty of lamps and outlets, and oh! A comfy armchair. The lobby had a small store that sold various items, including cold drinks, ice cream bars and frozen meals, and there is a Panera across the parking lot (easy to walk to). Longwood Gardens, Chadds Ford Winery and many other delightful places were an easy drive. I definitely enjoyed my brief stay here.

Everything was pretty great. There were little things.The ice machine on my floor stopped working, but there were plenty of others--the toilet handle sometimes stuck, but pushing it back up did not at all diminish the quality of my stay. Because of COVID, rooms were not serviced, but actually that was a net gain. I can make my own bed and dodnt have to worry about getting out of the way for staff.

Comfortable room, good breakfast selection, and convenient location.

The bathtub had a weird rust stain that my wife thought looked like blood and she didn't want to shower because of that. There were also a few what looked like pen stains on the bedsheets.

The staff was awesome. The weather turned bad (ice) and they accommodated us with a late checkout even though we didn't ask for one upon check in.

The breakfast choices were slim because we didn't arrive early for breakfast. The microwave in the room was broken, although we didn't mention it until checkout. Im sure the staff would have made it right.

the property was quiet and nice and comfortable the staff was really nice to us and we had no problems checking in or out

the only thing I would say is that they need to dust a little bit and get some Cobb webs from the ceiling corners it was a little dusty in the room and I had to wipe things down myself

Very convenient location, hot breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable bed

No ventilation in breakfast room - very stuffy and not particularly safe given how many people were in there at the busiest time. Hotel furnishing are dated, which is OK but that didn't match up with the rate.

Clean. Nice friendly staff. Great coffee. Heat/Air and hot water always working ~ unlike other places I stayed in the area.

Nothing to not like. Wish rooms had a full size fridge with freezer but it's not that type of place.

Convenience and price.

First room smelled of cigarettes. We were moved but that room too had some kind of odor, I think of cigarettes too. Perhaps both were just musty. Everything but the beds seemed old and tired.

The breakfast was excellent. The service was very good. Our coffee machine was not working and the cleaning lady replaced. I told her I wanted a cup of coffee after a long trip. She was very kind.

I cannot think of anything that could have been better. everything was fine.
