Very well-maintained and clean property. Modern decor.

Virtually none of the services were operating supposedly due to Covid. No bar or breakfast buffet or pool or anything. One complaint is that on the day of my arrival, I watched one of the maintenance people taking a cart of trash out. A bag fell out of the cart and burst open onto the sidewalk on the backside of the building. A large pile of some thick liquid remained on the sidewalk for the entire length of my stay until it was mostly washed away by the rain. No one picked up the bag of trash nor cleaned up the mess. I walked by it every single day going to my vehicle for work. Pretty disgusting.

Convenient to Valley Forge. Nicely decorated. Comfortable bed. Good continental breakfast.

Not practically designed. Very little counter space in bathroom. No place to put suitcases or unpack the contents. There were children running up and down the hallways upstairs and downstairs from at least 4 pm to 9:30 pm playing tag and who knows what else. Very annoying that nothing was done about it.

the property was physically attractive and in good condition. The room was comfortable and well-appointed for what I needed to accomplish the week I was there.

The room cleaning practices were odd—having to request that my be cleaned and in the six days that I was there the room was only cleaned once. When I asked for a second cleaning, I was told that I needed to provide a 24-hour notice. At NO point had this been told to me. Frustrating.

All of the staff members are exceptional! They’re very helpful, friendly & attentive. I rented a room to be closer to Paoli Hospital, as I live an hour away in the Philadelphia area. I’m 9 months pregnant and due any day now and they’ve all been so amazing to me. From helping me load things from my car to the cart to extending my stay & making that process so easy & hands off, I can’t brag enough about the staff. The rooms are spacious, clean, quiet & the shower is hot with great water pressure. The rates are super affordable compared to other extended stay suites in the area; you definitely get more bang for your buck here. Wonderful experience overall!

The property is in the perfect location. The rooms are clean and the staff is wonderful. I worked a few hours each morning so the set up with the work area was perfect. We had an especially great experience with Patti who was so sweet, informative and professional. By the third night my son was greeting her like a friend when we would come and go. She loves her job and it shows.

While I completely understand COVID restrictions we were looking forward to the included, advertised, breakfast but were offered a bagged breakfast which we did not take advantage of because it wasn’t anything that would compare to a good breakfast. The temporary situation should be clearly stated in the listing and the rates.

The bed is extremely comfortable. The people are very respectful and friendly.

the breakfast could be better. The eggs were runny and the only thing that changes is the type of meat. Would really prefer housekeeping to be available a little more often.

Nice room, comfortable beds. The included breakfast had a lot of options.

No streaming on the TV, you have to bring your own fire stick or something similar streaming. It rained the entire day one of the days so we were glad we had it.

Location was perfect for us while attending an anniversary party in that area; from hotel to the event to a casino - all within 3 to 5 mins of each location, plus bonus of valley forge historical park 2 mins up the road. Room was spacious with a pullout sofa, if needed (up to 4 people). microwave and small fridge. The king size bed was oh-so-lovely to sleep in.!! Because of covid-19 breakfast was a "grab n go" bag, not a buffet. Staff very friendly and helpful!

We have no complaints - this was an overnight stay.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The ambience and decor were pretty and inviting. Everything in the hotel was clean. The hotel is in a nice, quiet location. I felt the price was a good value for the room and facilities.

Due to COVID restrictions, the complimentary buffet breakfast was not available. A breakfast sack was given instead. It contained an orange, a cup of yogurt and a granola bar. I know this was not the hotel's fault, but it was still disappointing.

We were surprised at how much free breakfast was offered. Other hotels we have stayed at before gave much less AND the breakfast was tasty. The lady who checked us in was so nice. It was an easy check in.

We don’t have any complaints honestly!
