Exton Hotel and Conference Center

The Rooms on the 2nd floor were all updated there were lots of outlets to charge phones and even a small desk that I used to work on my laptop 😋

The elevator Smelled like Skunk if you Catch my Meaning so lots of High Flying VIP Guest Must be staying here, and the TV had very bad color / remote system could have been a lot better connecting to the TV was Coax only so very poor video Quality.

I like the fact that the staff is friendly a few people that stand out Nikki from over nights is a delight she makes sure there is fresh hot coffee. Doug from maintenance is awesome he is always busy but always willing to help you out! And Naveed he has an amazing energy super helpful and full of hospitality!

The room had a microwave and refrigerator. It was clean. The staff was busy when I checked in but the wait time was not long. The room also had a hair dryer and nice towels. Check out was easy. The price was right.

The ice machine was not working on any of the floors in the wing we stayed in. The hallway rugs need to be replaced.

the location, staff and room were nice. I loved the bar; the owner and staff were friendly and amazing.

I had asked for extra towels and blankets and the front desk said they would send them up, but I never received them. the phone in our room did not work.

The guest staying next door was being loud throughout the night, either fighting or playing the television at high volume. Staff called the room when we complained, but didn’t follow up past unsuccessfully calling the offending rooms phone.

I am satisfied with my stay at this hotel and extremely happy with the hotel staff who did more than go out of their way to accommodate our needs to make us comfortable here. We are very happy with this hotel.

There wasn’t much to complain about so I won’t.

fire alarm went off early in the morning with fire trucks arriving at the hotel. The phone in the room was not working. It was a bit concerning.

I didn't like that the smoke alarm went off 4 time and my husband has a bad heart and he had to walk down and up to the 4th floor

The room was very clean. We checked in as 3 people but only had 2 bath towels in the bathroom. Went to front desk & got a towel.

The control knob you need to pull up from the shower faucet make it shower didn't work fully. It needs to be replaced...it let a lot of water pass through.
