Breakfast was generally good, though options often ran out before the end of service. Staff were very helpful. Cleaning staff were great. The room was a good size with a sofa bed for our daughter. Noise levels were low so we were not disturbed at any point.

I would have liked weekday service to run to 9.30am. We were very disappointed with the pool, it was tiny and with no changing facility we chose not to come down from our room in swimwear and return wet! We chose this location partly because of the pool but never used it. We never found coffee available in the foyer during the day but used the machine in our room.

It was clean and well cared for. Very welcoming in the lobby. There is a small shop in the lobby area with a good array of food and drink items and popular forgotten toiletries in case you need them. Our room was clean and quiet...and comfortably sized. Large beautiful walk in shower...large bathroom in general. It is located near a couple small lakes. There is a good wide path to walk on. Big bonus is the nature vibe...felt like a park. All of their breakfast selections were delicious...fresh tasting. Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoy staying here when we are in the area...hence our second stay.

It was quiet in our room. Sleep came easy. Drapes drawn kept out light. Quiet also because building is away from road and has a couple small lakes on one side. Bathroom was big and roomy...shower was too...had a good shelf in it to hold soaps and shampoos and the like. Also all was clean and welcoming. Wonderful breakfast and coffee... you will be well taken care of by Miss Gail...she is a true gem. The staff are great and a good team. They addressed well the fact I left a favorite sweater behind...the day warmed nicely and forgot need for sweater. I called the hotel and they found it and will be returned to me...thankfully. I definitely recommend and will stay there again when venturing that area in the future.

It was a beautiful facility and was very clean. The room was a very nice size and the bed was very comfortable. It had a large breakfast that was delicious and accommodating to food allergies. The staff was also very friendly.

When we went to use the pool, the person in the pool told us that we needed to reserve the pool and only one group could use it at a time. There was no sign anywhere and I was never told at check-in or in emails from the hotel that a reservation was required. When we asked at the front desk, the person told us that yes, a reservation was required and that they are one hour time slots. This was near the end of our stay so there weren't any times left that when we could make it. We had a very disappointed 2 year old after that. It was a very small pool so it didn't really bother me that you needed a reservation, I just wish I was told that at check-in so I would have had the opportunity to make a reservation and not get my son's hopes up about swimming.

John at the front desk was amazing! He did everything to make it stay better! Thomas was also very helpful knowledgeable of everything. They both went above and beyond to help. Breakfast was wonderful, it was hot and a big selection. I love that they had a guest laundry room on site! And a very nice exercise room.

The pool has a sign up which is a little annoying but the pool is a smaller one so it’s nice to have it only be your rooms area.

The location was excellent for my needs. There was a lovely walking/biking trail directly outside the hotel, which was great for some exercise. I liked being able to access my own Netflix account on the room TV.

The breakfast was somewhat disappointing - eggs were cage-free, which was good, but too mushy. The omelette seemed to include something like velveeta as the cheese. The bacon appeared to be cooked in a microwave, undercooked for my taste and visually unappealing.

Our son and his family live a couple miles away so the location was great. We have stayed here before.

There were five buses of kids from Canada staying there for a basketball tournament in Philadelphia. As you can imagine, the breakfast area was extremely crowded. Also, the breakfast selection was skimpy. On the second day there was no fresh fruit or any muffins. We would have appreciated a better selection.

Everything was great; nice clean comfortable room, good breakfast and nice staff.

We booked the hotel because we were planning on using the pool, which was closed! It would have been helpful to include that information in the hotel description when booking. It was a disappointment but we still had a great time!

THE ROOM! Large, comfortable, it had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, a living room, a desk, a comfy sofa, two televisions. spacious bathroom with shower.

They didn’t clean my room if I don't ask for it. It never happened to me in any other hotel in the USA or another country.

only issue was the pool wasn’t open and then when it finally was, there was a wait as you have to book it for your own private hour. nice if you plan to stay for a few days and have time to plan ahead when you would like to use pool. staff nicely explained the first day they were waiting on a part for the pool. no biggie as the hotel itself was nice and the staff did everything they could to ensure we had a nice stay!
