Hampton Inn Harrisburg/Grantville/Hershey

Nice large room , appeared clean , the pool was very clean and large, beds were comfy and I liked the all day coffee and tea option at front desk . The parking was good and so was location to Hershey, pretty easy.

Breakfast was disappointing for anything take away. Main item was waffle . Would have liked to see more bagel options , fruit , boxed milk , things like this. Staff wasn’t very friendly upon check in, no greeting just “checking in?” . Had to ask questions about property rather than being informed about pool etc .

The property was very clean and comfortable. Excellent location for what we needed to do during the daytime. The staff was very helpful, and the full breakfast which was included in the morning was an added bonus! Coffee available all day!!

The mattress was on the very firm side, but I still slept well and it’s just my personal preference. The bathroom could’ve used a fan inside to take away the steam from the shower as it crept in the room, but again it wasn’t a deal breaker.

We saw all the sites in and around Hershey and also visited a relative from Hummelstown and they took us to a fantastic smorgasbord in another town. Had to cut our trip early because husband was suffering from painful gout in his foot. But would recommend HyatInn in Grantville to anyone! Lovely place to stay!

Very clean and the breakfast was good too. Better than other hotel breakfasts and the staff were nice.

The staff were nice, except for the girl who pulled in front of my husband as he was pulling out of the front entrance. She parked in a striped no parking area and got out and went in the building to work. It is a good thing my husband didn’t hit her as he was cut off by her.

It was clean and quiet. The pool was a nice size and the hot tub was perfect after a long day

The smell was not fresh, smelled like cigarette smoke in my room, the hallway and upon entry of the hotel lobby. Also , the bathroom light in the pool area was out , so I had to use the flashlight on my cell phone

The room was comfortable and so was the bed. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. There was a girls soccer team staying also but after 10 p.m. you wouldn't have known that the girls were very respectful about quiet time.

My fault for not asking for a walk in shower, I had some difficulty getting in a normal shower/tub.

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised. The location was right off the interstate, but far enough away so there was no noise. Plus an easy drive to Hershey, and all places of interest. The staff was friendly, and very accommodating.

There was nothing that didn't meet expectations. Everything was positive.

The chairs in the room need to be steamed cleaned. Spots on them and they weren’t wipes done, found crumbs on one as soon as we walked in. The breakfast lacked some items that are offered at other locations.

Everything about this stay was excellent Having had a previous bad experience at this property within the past I had some trepidation about booking here again This stay was EXCELLENT the room was very clean the staff was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The property was clean outside the breakfast area was constantly cleaned and restocked The house keeping staff was friendly and helpful. This stay was a giant leap in comfort and a good stay from my last stay at this property. Everything was good during this stay

Nothing everything was great

Finding my reservation was a hassle. It was booked with my name reversed. Then, the room wasn't ready (2 hours after listed check in time). Which made us late for other plans we had scheduled. We needed to freshen up after spending the day driving.
