White Rose Motel - Hershey

This property is very clean and tidy, overall. The outside is quaint and the rocking chairs are a great touch. The pool was very well kept and inviting. Checking in, which was quick and easy, we were greeted by a friendly and accommodating gentleman. Our room was ground level, super clean, comfy, and everything we needed for the weekend. Housekeeping was friendly and efficient. Great location!

It’s an updated, but older motel, so you’re going to hear your neighbors and traffic. We weren’t bothered by this, as we expected it, bring a sound machine and enjoy a great little roadside motel!

This hotel was a great location.. About 2 miles from hershey park a 5 minute drive. Close to Tanger outlets and about 15 minutes from Penn National Hollywood casino. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They even called me after I left to let me know I left a pair of shoes in the room. I was able to come right back and get them because it was only a few minutes after we left. They opened the pool early for us because we have a six year old who loves to swim. The pool is heated and very relaxing and beautiful. The balcony area out front has nice furniture and rocking chairs. The rooms were clean and modern. No carpets, big fridge, and a microwave. We were very happy here and White Rose exceeded our expectations. The price was perfect too!

A fresh face for an older facility made all the difference. Updated furniture, flooring, windows , bedding was perfect. Huge king-size bed with soft fresh linens. Bathroom had Dove brand shampoos and soaps. Towels were plentiful. Big flat screen TV, huge fridge and nice sized microwave too. Plenty of lighting and ac was working well. We really liked our main floor corner room and enjoyed the rocking chairs outside our room. Staff were so helpful and welcoming with smiles. Will stay here again.

This place is a hidden gem! Stayed here with my niece at the end of July because we were going to Hershey Park. Its a 10 min drive to the park. Check-in was quick, room/bathroom were very clean and was well stocked with towels. The staff was exceptional; I regret not getting her name, but we asked if we could leave some items in the fridge while we went on a tour and the staff was super nice and accommodating even after we had checked out. Would definitely stay here again!

I loved the quality of the room perfect for a night it had all the extras that I needed to feel comfortable. The staff very nice and welcoming. Very well taken care of. 10/10 would recommend and I will be staying again.

Bathroom very clean, my only concern was the water being cold. I ran the water checked it every few min for like 15 min and still ran cold. I was aware the pressure was low but the cold water on top is the only thing keeping this motel from being a 5 star.

location was right next to a park and golf course and very well kept and clean. Family owned and can tell they take pride in making sure your stay is perfect! plenty of towels and beds and sheets replaced with leaving a sign on the bed. Pool is clean and very inviting. Outside is neat and tidy. I will definitely be staying here again as I will be taking my family many more times to Hershey.

Nothing! other than you can’t walk to get a coffee but they have a machine and water/drinks to purchase at a very reasonable price. No continental breakfast which I knew and not a fan of. fridge for milk and we had cereal each morning.

We were in town for my mother's funeral. A very intense few days. My brother's house was full and we were cleaning out my mother's place, so we needed a few nights in a hotel. This place was perfect.....close to where we needed to be, comfortable and clean. The king sized bed was comfortable. We were glad to park right in front of our room so it was easy to fetch things as needed from the car. We used the rocking chairs and the pool was a pleasant surprise...clean and a good temperature. Fair price. No frills and simple. Just what we needed.

The price was a great deal. Room was clean and came with microwave, decent refrigerator and coffee machine and hair dryer. There were plenty of outlets for charging. We had a second floor room at the rear of the motel so traffic wasn't that bad. There is an ice machine, washer and dryer on site but no change machine and I didn't see a detergent dispenser.

I did notice the bathroom floor looks like it hadn't been scrubbed in a while. Had an issue with checking in. The person at the register needed some help. That process should have taken a couple minutes but took about 10. No big deal. And just a heads-up, there is a metal skirting around the bed. You'll hit it at least a half-dozen times while you're there.

The place presents in person exactly as it does online, and is in line with the hundreds of reviews that rave about how clean it is. When I'm looking for a place to stay, location (safety), location (in proximity of planned activities), cleanliness, and comfort, are priority. The White Rose offers all of that, and very reasonable rates. The rooms are cozy, and offer the same amenities as hotels that cost so much more.

It was clean, staff checked us in 30 minutes early. While motel was booked full, it was quiet. Easy access to Hershey attractions.

It's a motel and a bit dated, but as I said it was clean. I normally wouldn't stay in a motel like this, but everything was booked or 500 a night. I was satisfied with this room for one night stay and slept fine.
