Outside could look better Hard to find entrance Trash visible on grounds.

This property was amazing and it was our first time here. The staff were so polite and willing to help with anything. I should’ve asked for the 2 front desk ladies names. They were both super sweet and made us feel welcomed! Even the housekeepers greeted us in the morning and gave us whatever toiletries we needed without a problem. We will indeed be coming back to this location soon!

Everything was amazing. Although I did wish pool hours could be 24 hrs at least for adults but other than that everything was great.

Clean, beds, pillows very comfortable. The room very comfortable which is updated very nicely. The outdoor area was very nice. We enjoyed siting by the gas fireplace after a long day of driving with a cocktail.

I was disappointed in the food in the Restaurant Bistro, The margarita flatbread was like a cheese pizza. The main restaurant was open, and part of the lobby, go up to the counter to order. Was expecting a more formal dining area. The outdoor seating area and fire pit , did make up for it.

The rooms were clean, large with modern decor. Nice large lobby area to relax with a cocktail and cute play area for the kids.

The breakfast was just ok. Coffee was good though. The pool room was very loud even though there were barely anyone there. It needs better sound proofing.

The property was well maintained and clean. The staff were extremely friendly, polite and professional.

We initially stayed on the first floor. The room was like an ice box and the temp on the air conditioner couldn’t be adjusted. The sofa bed was small and uncomfortable as well. We were moved to a room on another floor and the temp was great. Much more comfortable. Two queens were a better match. The staff were understanding and had no issues changing our room so that we can have a nice stay.

We enjoyed our experience and appreciate Courtney and the other staff and their kindness.

Bed - mattress could have been a little more comfortable and it would be great to have more options at the cafe - very easy to just eat right there. My husband has some mobility needs and everything was perfect and everyone listened to what we needed and were very accommodating. Thank you for the professionalism.

The hotel is in a perfect location to everything you could possibly need whether it's a grocery store, Walmart the tanger outlets,chocolate world and hershey park are all a five to ten minute car ride.The grounds were well kept and check in was sseamless. Also has a swimming pool open til 11pm.So many wonderful things to say.

Location is great in the Hershey Park area and many good restaurants around. Staff are very friendly and professional. Hotel is clean with good/ modern facilities.

Shower fixed to the wall. Not the most convenient.

Expensive, for what’s offered. Would have like an outdoor pool. Transportation (shuttle) to the parks, attractions. Restaurant is very basic. (The eggs were good though).

The beds are very comfortable! Loved the shower and we had plenty of towels. The pool was surprisingly open until 11pm which my son loved! They serve beer and wine until 1:30am! The staff were super friendly.

No continental breakfast or anything simple and quick for picky eaters was available. The hotel is a bit pricey for what it is. I would’ve rather stayed at the Hershey hotel or the Hershey Lodge and had all the extras added for the price.
