Hampton Inn & Suites Hershey

Came to Hershey for a show..our location was perfect! Between the park...where we had a late lunch...and the theater...just a few minutes away. Coffee was hot and waiting in the morning with a nice array of fruit and cereal, omelets, yogurts and of course the famous make your own waffles

Problem with elevator...but to be honest..it happens at times...probably fixed by now

Facility was as advertised.

I was overcharged by $34.97 and the person I talked to at the hotel will not help me resolve the discrepancy. I have called and also sent a message to the hotel through the booking.com app. When I called I was told to resolve through my credit card company. I called them and they said I have to go back to the hotel and booking.com. I did both and no one is responding or trying to help. The hotel stay was fine. It's dealing with customer service that has been very disappointing. Your stay may be fine unless you have a billing error. Also had to empty trash and get clean towels. Rooms are not cleaned during stay due to COVID protocols.

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was enough that we didn't feel the need to go elsewhere! Perfect location to get around the town of Hershey and to go to Hershey Park! Room with two queens and a fold out couch accommodated our family of five perfectly!

Our room was very close to other people who had dogs which would not have been an issue except as soon as we got there we could hear one barking very loudly. Asked if we could switch rooms but were told we would not be able to have the same accommodations. So we ended up staying put and taking the risk of the loud dog. But luckily the dog did not bark over night so everything worked out!

Clean, comfortable, and convenient. breakfast was amazing.

Stayed 2 nights, no housekeeping came, not sure if we needed to request our room to be cleaned, restocked, or beds made but that didn’t happen. Had to ask for toilet paper and tissues and had to go down to get them bc housekeeping wasn’t in yet. not really a deal breaker but just surprised. However, all staff was friendly and accommodating. Again, not sure if housekeeping needs to be requested. If so, totally our own fault.

Loved my spacious room. Bathroom spacious as week, vanity outside was a plus. Shower was amazing. Room was very quiet all day and night. kitchen was excellent, we made breakfast every day. We stayed at room 101, near to an exit door, with a little dog, was the best option. The staff was amazing, everybody was super accommodating and sweet with our 4 legged guy. Shout out to PJ (or TJ) who checked us in, very cool guy and super friendly. Overall, we had a great stay, will definitely be going back.

With my yorkie, it wasn’t the perfect location for long walks. I used the parking lot but it felt busy, since there’s a breakfast place literally beside the hotel. But definitely not a deal breaker.

Clean and comfortable room and all facilities also. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was not bad at all. Room was not cleaned daily due to Covid restriction ( I think), but obvious and thorough cleaning between guests. Pool was open, pleasing to my little one. Staff patient and knowledgeable about local eateries, recommendations, etc. We will stay here again. Could hear a small dog yipping from time to time as this hotel did have some pet friendly rooms, but this was no fault of the staffs. Very pleased.

Stayed three nights at Hampton Inn Hershey in a convenient room on the first floor. The room was nice. It had two rooms, one with almost a full sized refrigerator, a stove, dishwasher, and microwave. A table that would seat 4 people. It had a sofa, desk, and a tv in the room with the kitchenette. The bed in the other room was king sized with a large area above the sink and an attached bathroom and tub. The bedroom also had a tv. All the accommodations were excellent in my opinion and I was happy with all the room had to offer. Literally my only complaint were the pillows. Bring your own bc even using all four pillows they were flat as paper. The breakfast area was a nice sized open area and great to see that you could sit at the tables (and not have to eat in your room) since all the covid stuff. Good variety for breakfast. They had banana, oranges, assorted cereals, wrapped breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, and danishes. The staff was very friendly. Lots of families stayed here (the hallways got very loud at night but I’m a parent so I get it.) Quick note about the parking lot. It kinda stinks. The design of the parking lot isn’t very good. I like to park in a well lit area where I can see my car from my room. Which wasn’t easy with this lot. They had a lot of parallel parking spots that go around the building and the landscaping has big bushes that block your car visually that I just don’t like to park beside. Also from a female’s perspective, I think the big bushes are a safety issue. Overall the stay was excellent. I would recommend this hotel. It’s super close to Hershey Park and I’d stay here again with my family.

Great location….I really enjoyed that a lot of places we wanted to see were within walking distance from the hotel…..I loved that The Hershey Pantry was just a short walk through the hotel parking lot…..The staff was very courteous and helpful, especially the evening front desk clerk she was amazing!! The entire staff was great!!

I wished the parking lot could have been a little bigger…. with all the cars coming in to park to go the The Hershey Pantry to eat it had gotten a little crazy with traffic…..

The hotel was very nicely decorated, very comfortable, staff very accommodating & friendly

I originally booked 2 nights Fri-Sun, big winter storm was coming so I went a night early to make the trip. The room I was originally put in was on the street side & that night you could here any & all traffic. The next morning however, I asked for a quieter room for my originally booked nights & without hesitation they moved me to the golf course side

It’s very clean and the staff was welcoming. The indoor pool is as fun with clean towels available. The breakfast looked good but we decided to go next door to the “Hershey Pantry” for a delicious breakfast. There’s also a delicious bakery across the street called “Desserts”
