Comfort Suites Hummelstown

We didn't get up for breakfast, but enjoyed the coffee, in the lobby. Kind of prices, for overnight, pool closes at 10pm too early.

Water was dripping from our ceiling vent/fixtures in the bathroom, I tried calling the front desk, but phone didn't work, I had to take elevator to lobby, and report it. She came to the room, to see it, and said she will call the person in the room above us. They stated they were taking a shower only, and didn't see any water on the floor I was told by front desk, that I could be moved into another room, or receive a discount, I went with the discount, however, I did not see it on my statement. The a/c thermostat was not working well, never got cold enough in the room. pool closes too early at 10pm summertime!! Please look into this.

Beds were comfortable, shower was fantastic. Front desk staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. Location was good for getting to Hershey or Harrisburg. Maintenance guy was very helpful when my mother stumbled on the sidewalk, he helped her all the way to the car and into it.

Price was a little steep. Could have used a sign up on 322 directing us to use Greyson(?) St. to get to Milroy St. We drove past twice trying to figure out how to get down to it.

The staff and the room were excellent and met all of my expectations and went beyond.

Though to no fault of the hotel, I was dismayed at the greed of number of the guests during the breakfast buffet. Though I don’t eat breakfast and this had no affect on me, however I observed a number of guests horsing food as it was the last meal. Coffee was fine for me, however there were a few guests who didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast though food was more than adequate. Overloaded plates were being carried to rooms of occupancy. Someone even managed to drop the food in the elevator. We live in twenty first century and I am amazed that people can be so disrespectful towards other guests and the hotel staff who had to clean after this individuals.

family couple of day vacation, was a wonderful comfortable stay.. lemme start with the staff, outstanding customer service.. from first impression by welcoming with smile then helping us with the quickest check in even we arrived earlier than the checkin time.. Mr Greg and Mr Sam was an amazing customer service representative by making our check in and stay and checkout smooth and comfortable.. the greetings plus asking if we need anything.. clean rooms and comfortable beds.. we didn’t use the pool or other amenities as we went to Hershey park the whole day.. but the comfortable beds and quite hotel made our night comfortable and we rested for our second day kick to the park.. we had breakfast only one day.. they have a good American breakfast selection “ eggs, potatoes, jam, bacon, toast, waffles plus fruits and yogurt “plus coffee and juices” orange, apple,cranberry” and some Danish. honestly I am not a big fan of hotel’s breakfast but this one was okay if you are in hurry and need something to eat at the morning.. the stuff specially Mr Greg was doing more than. his best to keep the breakfast area clean and tidy .. definitely will recommend them. and now considering to book comfort suites in different locations.. Thank you

Not sure how we ended up in a handicapped room. It was so big! The 5 of us really loved all the space! There were plenty of towels, too.

Mattresses could be a little softer. Although, that could be personal preference. Each morning they were out of something at the breakfast. Syrup, orange juice, cream cheese, plates. Coffee pot was down one morning but was fixed swiftly.

The breakfast was wonderful. I like that the my grandchildren enjoyed the breakfast, as well as the room. The beds were quite comfortable. The staff was very friendly and polite. The staff kept the room stocked with clean towels each day. I was totally impressed with the room, service, and staff.

I can't say anything I didn't enjoy.

The staff were friendly and exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was exceptional. Was fresh and so many options.

Linen was stained and bedding was the wrong direction so tags were iny face. Ki addressed it and housekeeping corrected it and even followed up to see if we needed her

Hotel was very clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. Location was great, close to many nearby attractions and right off the main road. 10 min from Hershey Park and 7 minutes from Indian Echo Caverns. Pool was clean and breakfast was good.

If I have to write one thing that could be improved upon the only thing I can say is that the water pressure in the shower could be better.

The hotel was fantastic. The front desk person check in everything was on point. The hotel is close to Hershey Park which was a plus for me. Its clean, very well taken care of and also did have Breakfast ready at the time slatted. I loved my stay and will be using same hotel again when we Go back to Hershey park. I loved the hotel. There is nothing no one can say bad about this hotel period.

Check-in and out were very easy. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The room had a sofa. Quiet. Had a decent complimentary breakfast.

My room did not have blackout curtains, I planned to sleep in, but the morning sun was too bright disturbing my rest. The television has to be reset each time that you turn it on, a minor inconvenience.
