All personnel, except the front desk, were quite friendly. Rooms were as expected. Parking was sufficient and located close to an entrance.
Breakfast was bare bones and could have been better. Coffee was always lukewarm and hot items were limited to waffles.

I was very pleased that even during COVID-19 this hotel served a breakfast, as advertised in their online listing. It was pre-packaged breakfast sandwiches and coffee, but we had a microwave in the room, so it was fine. We've been to several hotels/motels that still (after a year) advertise onine that they offer breakfast and then when you get there, they have none, due to COVID. That's pure cheapness and laziness!! I applaud Quality Inn for keeping their promises! Also, the bed was so soft and dreamy!
Somehow the TV was messed up, and the remote didn't work with it. That was probably just our room, but it might not be a bad idea to quickly check TV function as part of the cleaning routine between guests.

Security and access to the lower floor. Beds were very comfortable.
This is why I lowered my rating. Thought it had a full breakfast, but the normal dining area was closed. At the entry to the dining room the sign advertised waffles. Actually breakfast was served in the entry area by the reception counter to place to eat. However, there was served a tasty, nutritious egg wrap.

Grab and go brown bag breakfast was okay. All staff very friendly and made me feel comfortable.
The Inn needs to be updated both in appearance and function. Needs a better air exchange/filtration system to conrol smell of marijuanna and cigarette smoke. Both odors are quite strong as you enter the hotel and even in the nonsmoking rooms.
