SureStay Plus by Best Western Jonestown Lebanon Valley

The staff were friendly and pleasant. Check in was smooth, room was clean shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was fine, they had breakfast sandwiches to heat in the microwave in the room yogurts juices snack bars and coffee. Better than we got at a Wyndham motel on our way up. They had 2 snack bars and a 6oz bottle of water. I am accustom to a firmer mattress so I had some back discomfort but slept well. The motel was quiet and the location just off I-81 was great. I will stay here again and recommend it. Ignore the negative comments from people expecting Hilton service and comforts at 89 dollars instead of 219 dollars. It’s clean friendly and comfortable. What more do you need when traveling. I’ve stayed at the MGM Grand in Vegas and it wasn’t perfect if I wanted to nit pic, but I didn’t leave negative review because I believe in being realistic. There are some people you will never satisfy no matter how you try.

there were pebbles in the carpet, while searching for a dropped earring found either dry pet food or something else that size (not naming since I have no proof), empty shampoo bottle in the corner of the shower stall before I ever used the shower

I didn’t consider that there would have been dogs barking on the ground floor or I would have asked for a different floor.i could not get a receipt for my stay.they said it would be emailed to me but I didn’t get it yet.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was delicious and the room was clean—a great deal for the price. We traveled with our dog and she loved it too! It was just a short drive from Hershey as well as to a couple different trail heads for the Appalachian Trail!

I mean just cuz were on first floor but we were next to the break room and could hear conversations of workers etc. Dunno what can do about that but sure any other room be fine.

The staff was really nice. They were helpful and listened to what I said if there was a problem and were, in general, very pleasant to be around and have a chat.

No comfortable chair to relax and watch tv. Lack of electrical outlets at desk and bed. Hair dryer was a joke. It smelled like it was burning and it will had very weak power.

It met my expectations. Rooms were very nice.

Was not able to use pool. Had a nice patio to be able to smoke although chairs need to be replaced. Not safe at all.

The staff was all warm and friendly. The continental breakfast was fresh and had a nice variety. The room was spacious and clean. I would def stay at this property again.

There was nothing we I experienced during my stay that I didn’t dislike.

It was close enough to the places we wanted to visit without breaking the bank. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact the swimming pool was from 9-9 because we was usually gone before 9 and didn’t get back until 9. So we never got to utilize the pool.
