Hampton Inn Lebanon

Everyone was super family. Room was huge. Staff offered water bottles for us to have in our room. They had complimentary toiletries, mini size versions if you forgot anything. I really was shocked at how big the room was. It even had its own work out machine in it.

There was seseame seeds left on the rug by the sofa. Also a lot in the sofa when I went to pull out the bed. Some dirt on the floor and marks left on the counter tops from previous users. So, It seemed like spots were missed while cleaning and that maybe someone forgot to vacuum.

Like how you were handed water as soon as you got there. Easy check in. The room key was easy as well first try no fumbling or retries. The rooms were clean. Lots of space to lay out your luggage and room in the closet to hang up your clothes. Nice desk on both sides of the TV, to set up your laptop or eat. Plenty of plugins for all your electronics. The room layout was good. An plenty of lighting. Excellent wifi. The breakfast was awesome with fresh fruit toppings for your waffles you can make yourself. Coffee was good with french vanilla creamer. Which is surprising and hard to come by. Nice seating and comfortable to eat or just rest and check your cell.

The sliding bathroom door which came off hinges, an could hear what everyone was doing in the bathroom. Not a fan. Prefer closed doors for that. Still it looked nice an was clean and bathroom was roomy. The smell in the hallways was idk something I couldn't figure. Idk if it was was pets or fowl food but wasn't good for weak stomach. I'm sure could be remedied because I didn't smell it in the elevator or on main floor. I know it's not there fault but the train going by every couple hrs blowing the horn. But hey you're next to the tracks so guess that should of been expected. Maybe next time I stay it'll be on the backside an not on the front. Overall besides those details everything was clean an roomy an good experience.

. Nice and quiet. The entire hotel staff from the front desk, housekeeping and the food service staff where all so nice and accommodating.The mattresses where great and comfy. We went for a quick getaway, the kids enjoyed Hershey park which is only half hour away. You can't beat the price. Many places to eat are very close to the hotel as well as gas stations. Everything was very convenient and if you like to take a drive in the country just go north or south of the main road and you'll hit many farms which sell local products. We will be back for sure.

No complaints, it was a wonderful stay.

Breakfast could have been better but the wait staff was efficient and polite . Location was great for us . Lebanon streets were horrible . Area is gorgeous .

microwave didn't have a turn plate and staff apologized ,,,,, only . So , it didn't work . Door to room was extremely heavy and repairman tried , and couldn't fix it . Maid accidently threw my medication away that was in a blister pack ( that probably looked like trash ) . I should have secured it better .

We were there for the weekend visiting family and the location was perfect. The staff was great all around - helpful, friendly and very welcoming. The breakfast was good. The rooms were spacious and clean. I will definitely book here again.

We were here for just one night and everything was good. I don't have anything bad to say about our stay.

Walls are very thin. You can hear everything in the hallway and other rooms I don’t think the other people were even being unusually loud, but we could easily hear much of their conversations and them walking around. One complaint about the cleanliness of the bedding as well, lots of short dark hairs in my bed. Not mine or my daughters, we both have very long hair, and mine is very light color Also, bathroom door can’t be locked. We didn’t might, but some people might

It was conveniently located, the staff was super friendly and treated us like good friends. The breakfast was great!

The room was slightly dirty but not bad..if we turned the A/C up to a more comfortable temp the humidity was very high. To the point you could see the moisture gather on the hard floor and the carpet became sticky.

The bathroom door couldn’t close. (super awkward with two guests) It needed repaired. When we asked for someone to come up to help with the problem they sent a nice man who saw the issue but said that maintainence would have to work on it next week. Just some general repairs needed to the room, loose cabinet doors, mirror missing from wall-only glue spots.

Attentive, professional and genuinely friendly staff. The extremely efficient check-in and check-out process was pleasantly surprising. Availability of *quality coffee and flavored creamer was great, but the proactive and friendly engagement by various staff was notable and unique among my many stays. Bravo to the entire team!

The only thing was there were no closets in my room, so didn’t have a place to hang my clothes. (Was in town for a wedding.)

Room was very clean beds were very comfortable and the ability to have my pet with me was good as well staff were very friendly

There wasn’t anything to dislike
