Easy check in and out. Right room temperature to my liking. No hassle checking out.

Kitchen staff has to be more attentive to the guests needs, breakfast food supplies. Pay attention to the number of guests to be serve for breakfast. Staff attitude goes a long way, good and bad. No need to be annoyed . Equipment in the room should be tested before rooming new guest.(broken hair dryer)

The property was exceptionally clean and the staff was very helpful and courteous. The pool area was nice. There were a lot of outdoor areas set up for hanging out and socializing. It was our family of three and our two dogs, the facilities provided for our dogs were well maintained and very convenient. I love that the included breakfast starts at 6am because I am an early riser. They had a different entree every morning(Western omelette and ham, cheese omelette and turkey sausage, French toast) plus they had juices, English muffins, pastries, fruit, yogurt, cereal, and make your own Belgian waffles available every morning. The location of the hotel was also extremely convenient, there are 6 restaurants in walking distance.

Pricing has gotten a little ridiculous in the hotel industry as a whole. Being a Hilton honors member, I was extremely disappointed that a three night stay in a very basic and small room cost me $1000. We had to go to the front desk to get our room keys reactivated 4 times, which was very inconvenient. The TV was very small considering the price tag for the room.

The property was in a great location with restaurants and gas stations around it. Our room was very clean and had all amenities that we needed. We were very happy with the entire hotel and staff.

The breakfast is very basic. That should be improved. Ifnyiur room is close to the lift you will not sleep. It makes a lot of noise.

The beds were very comfortable. The TV had a good selection of channels. The shower was very lit up and had multiple settings. Everything was sanitized.

The breakfast was originally supposed to be a full breakfast. We received an e-mail that due to Covid it would be modified. Unfortunately, the selection of wrapped items was pitiful. It was tabbed as a continental breakfast but was not even that. The worst breakfast I have been subject to in all my years of staying at hotels. for this reason alone I would not return.

Pool area was clean, breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts, the room was very clean.

The coffee machine downstairs was broken, so they could have found a solution. It is a little expensive.

The hotel was surprisingly attractive, neat and clean. I would definitely stay at a Hampton again.

Difficult to access due to closed roadway around the property. it made for several difficult detours.

the fire alarm/sprinkler system went off in room upstairs and the staff didn't realize it went into my room below. I believe the water got the cleaning soap from rugs and bathroom floor wet and slippery and I ended up falling in shower. They were very nice and offered to take me to clinic. I said no because I was in the middle of moving I could still walk and didn't think it was broken so I went on my merry way. It still hurts so maybe I should of went to doctor but had a moving track outside and really didn't have time. We were headed for South Dakota and my truck driver was on the clock.

The breakfast was very good; coffee was excellent. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location was convenient for me.

Had an issue with the shower water temperature. Could not temper the water temperature to warm; seemed like there was no cold water. Shower was hot even on cold setting.

Nice clean environment. Pleasant staff.

I used booking.com to arrange my stay. When I needed to leave a day earlier than planned, I was charged a higher rate. Will only use Hampton for future stays. When emailed booking.com, they did not respond to my concerns about increased cost.
