Homewood Suites by Hilton Lancaster

I loved the suite-style of the room with the door to the bedroom that closed to separate it from the living area. The kitchen was great and added some space and the full fridge-freezer was so helpful! I also liked having our own thermostat to control the temperature to our liking. The amenities provided in the room such as the mouthwash and dishsoap and dishtowels were great. The full-length sectional couch was very cozy and also added space to the room.

I wish there would have been a fan in the bathroom. I also would have liked if the door to the bathroom would have closed off the whole room and not just the part with the toilet and shower to make it one bathroom instead of 2 separate parts. It didn't feel so sanitary to have the sink separate from the toilet and didn't give as much privacy in the bedroom as I would have liked. It would also have been nice to have 2 clocks so we could each see the time and to have more tissues and garbage cans spread throughout the room/s.

We had only one set of toiletries in the room (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion), even though the reservation was for 3 people. I discovered later on that we could call the front desk and request more but why don’t leave enough of the supplies to begin with? Also just a suggestion, please leave some plastic utensils in the room for the guests. We bought lasagna from the lobby and realized later that there were no utensils in the room. Thank you!

Location was great to visit Lancaster sights. Liked the suite idea. Had full size fridge and small stove to cook on. Even offered a grill outside, but we did not use it.

Due to Covid, breakfast is now muffins, yogurt, cups of fruit, packets of oatmeal and microwaveable Jimmy Dean sandwiches. It’s was okay. In our room the remote would not change the channels on the TV in the sitting room. So we just used the tv in the bedroom. The toilet paper holder kept falling out and dropping the toilet paper on the floor.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel was quiet and decorated in relaxing colors. We felt at home as soon as we arrived. It was a long walk to our room but the king studio was perfect. The room was cool, just the way we like it. There were plenty of lights. I have been in some places where the room was dim even with all the lights on. The couch was firm but comfortable. The bed was also comfortable. I love they give you 2 different pillows so everyone has a pillow that is comfortable for them. Breakfast was lacking, but that was ok since there is a grocery store just blocks away. The location is perfect. Just off the exit with easy access. In about a half a mile there is a gas station, grocery store, fast food, restaurant, and shopping center. We wish we could stay longer, but if we are in the area again, we certainly want to stay at this Homewood Suites.

The breakfast provided was yogurt, frozen breakfast sandwiches which were actually very good, fruit cups, and muffins. I would have liked if they also had fresh fruit, single serve boxes of cereal, and half pint containers of milk. I didn't like the coffee but they had flavored creamer.

Everything was amazing and the gentleman at the front desk was super nice & helpful great attitude!

I wish you all had a hot tub. Also the pool was super warm our first night but the 2 nd night not so much it was a big difference

while staying for a few days requested a freshen Up/clean up of our room and was told by male staff they don’t offer that cause of covid. To leave trash outside and dirty towels and they would know to leave us knew ones.

The friendliness of the staff, prompt response to requests for service, spaciousness of the suites, great breakfast and amenities, loved the check in and check out times. Overall very good experience.

As started above. Very accessible to downtown, outlets, and Sight and Sound.

The room was exactly as expected, and it was wonderful, especially for the price we paid.

We were very disappointed in the lack of breakfast options. We expected at least cereal options and maybe condiments for the breakfast sandwiches. This really was our only complaint, and it was easily remedied since there is a McDonald's right up the road.

I like the location of the hotel, pool was amazing, not crowded at all, breakfast was really good and the comfort of the beds are great too . Overall a great hotel, I will be coming back .

The bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable. We enjoyed the grab and go breakfast. The indoor saltwater pool was nice. Overall, we loved our king suite.

A little bottle of lotion would have been nice to be included with the room.
