The rooms how quiet it is and staff very nice and the rooms are very nice

I wish breakfast was a little longer being for people like me who are at hospital with family i alway got in late maybe have options to have it brought to your room if staff was able its just some dont eat at all because of the stress also had to leave the day before because of my family member being moved didnt say maybe a credit

Location works for us. Still using Covid safety precautions which I liked.

Room was not as clean as expected, found fake fingernail on carpet, which made me think what else had not been cleaned. Thought there should have been more towels and a bath mat available for use, as well as extra garbage bags as we were responsible for putting garbage outside the room during Covid. Unfortunately, we were there when huge storm went through and power was out in room for about 18 hours. We did not ask, but it would have been appreciated if we had been offered a discount for our stay, which was 5 nights.

My children and I were so happy breakfast lasted long enough for them to get awake and dressed as we were on vacation visiting family . The hotel was very clean and the staff was always visible and smiling .

The single cup coffee maker was not large enough to accommodate the two person coffee drinkers. I usually drink two cups in the am and two cups in the pm.

Breakfast was similar every day in that it was prepackaged food and cereal options. There was a microwave to heat up some prepackaged breakfast sandwiches.There was fruit for a few of the days but no fruit lie bananas that could spoil easily. Pre Covid, you would expect hot foods, bacon, eggs, toast, pancakes, etc. This is sincerely missed and hopefully will return but I'm afraid it won't due to convenience of prepackaged. I'm smmary, breakfast was better than a "grab and go" but felt limited when you stay for 5 days or so.

Staff was extremely friendly - Michelle registered us in and was always there to answer questions or offer guidance. The manager also was very personable and helpful sorry I didn't get his name and everyone else at the desk was very helpful

I loved the location and atmosphere. The room was neat and clean. Everything worked in the room. The staff members were friendly. I also liked that it was quiet and the walls were not thin. This place was very nice and it was definitely a great value as far as cost for my stay. I plan on visiting this place in the future when I am in the area, as long as it keeps the welcoming atmosphere that is has and the up keep of the place.

I did not get to actually have the hot breakfast due to COVID but it was still worth the money and the stay. They did what they needed to do in order to keep everyone safe by taking the necessary precautions. I really do not have anything negative to say at this time.

The staff were fantastic especially Michelle The location could not have been better for what I needed and the hotel was exactly.what I needed

Breakfast seems adequate, but as a vegan it's limited.

Desk staff was not very personable upon checking in. I had already checked in online, and my key was given with very little eye contact, smile etc.

it was up on a hill away from the maddening crowd- cooler temps and more peaceful. that there was a mall within walking distance with stores and restaurants and a coffee house was an added plus.

We only stayed overnight. No complaints for that short a time.

Room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. HBO max was a plus.

The pool was not heated, or they just decided not to turn it on for long. We booked this hotel because of the indoor "heated" pool.
