it was gorgeous and very clean. Great space and it was very updated and homey at the same time.

You have to pay for gym and pool access when you don’t use it and microwaves and refrigerators are not included without a fee.

Staff was VERY friendly and professional, from the front desk to the housekeepers and random employees we saw around the property - high marks for everyone having a smile and no sullen or disinterested employees anywhere. Also LOVED the free EV charging stations right by the front door - a HUGE bonus. Rooms were very clean and well appointed, and our company party there was really a very nice affair.

My only "issue" was that the room I booked on Booking.com (a king room) wasn't actually available when we arrived, so we were switched to a double queen. Not a bad thing and it worked out fine, but just keep in mind you may not get the room you booked even though it shows as available.

The hotel is located on a beautiful campus and facility. The restaurant was wonderful and the breakfast was much more than expected. Don't miss the pool and hot tub if you have a chance. Outdoor portion of the restaurant is gorgeous.

Parking can be a problem if there is an event going on. The elevator routes you through the "working" part of the hotel to get you to the pool.

Easy check in and check out. Did use pool area as well, no issues.

We stayed on the 3rd floor and appeared to have people from Weddings or events. TVs were playing loud and heard them throughout the night from inside our room. Also felt like we were gouged with an extra $ 10.00 fee. We were not told about this fee when we reserved room several months ago. Last minute charge that I would like returned as soon as practical.

Beautiful grounds and common areas. Fresh aroma and clean lobby. Excellent buffet breakfast, which was fresh and well maintained. Fun looking through photo books in lounge area. Well-appointed room, nothing fancy, but all very well kept up.

Refrigerator would have been nice

our driver the first night was very welcoming and accommodating - please share our appreciation with him. I beleive it was Emmanuel ??

Our dinner was exceptional. The staff pleasant and helpful.

While we were in the pool, dirty tile water was squeegied in the pool. The maintenance man was redirected by management to push the water into the proper drains which he did until management left then he commenced squeegying into the hot tub. (lazy). We arrived with an electric car and neither terminal was working. I was led to believe it may have been occurring for a period of time.

Good facilities for work conference event. Friendly and helpful staff. Pool was nice

Perhaps some healthier breakfast food options would be good. Pool changing rooms would be good.

Our suite was beautiful. The young man at the front desk went above and beyond bringing us ice while it was raining! We had to wait while our room was being finished, but we watched the game at the bar. We'll definitely be back!!

Mattress wasn’t fabulous, guests coming up to the floor late at night, after a wedding that was hosted there, we’re extremely noisy and the sound came right through the door/walls
