Hampton Inn Philadelphia/Willow Grove

The staff was some of the best I've encountered any place! Adin went above and beyond to grant our request to keep our rooms close to the elevator and close together. He called housekeeping to find the best rooms that accommodated our needs. He was so welcoming and professional, and Hilton has a real asset in him. Quay was on the desk in the evening, and we had a family gathering in the lobby. She was super sweet and kept up with the crowd of guests checking in all evening long. Breakfast was very good. Often, I don't partake in complimentary breakfasts but did due to the freshness and cleanliness of the items presented. Great job!

The breakfast area and the food was one of the best I have ever been to in a hotel. Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was great, friendly and welcoming. Location was nice with plenty of parking.

The water for the showers gets insanely hot and with how the doors are there is no way to escape from under it so be sure to try to adjust from outside the best you can (it's a far reach). The train woke us up a few times throughout the night, surprisingly louder then what I thought it'd be but wasn't enough for us to have a bad experience.

We chose the Hampton Inn in Willow Grove because it was very close to a concert we were going to. We were very pleased with our stay for one night. The breakfast made it all worth while. The choices of hot food were great and everything was delicious; hot and fresh. I must add also that the beds were the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever experienced. We weren't there long enough to really have any experiences with housekeeping, but the staff at the front desk and in the breakfast area the next morning were exceptional! I would definitely go out of my way to book a stay at a Hampton Inn again!!!

We would have liked if we would have been able to split the cost of the room between the two of us instead of having to put it on one credit card. Also, it would have been nice if there was an indoor pool ( had we been staying longer, we would have enjoyed).

Long road trips can be tiring and frustrating. That is why when I stopped at this hotel on a long road trip, I was very happy with how friendly the staff is, and the free breakfast provided in the morning.

I’d recommend doing a once over on all the sheets, and potentially throw some out and get new ones. My bed sheets distinctly smelled like pee which wasn’t great. Still happy with the friendly staff and bed to sleep on.

The breakfast was great. The french toast was great, the eggs were great. Everything was well stocked and hot. The room service was quick and helpful. We called for towels and the guy came up within minutes of us calling. The front desk person was SUPER helpful and accommodating for us when i needed to change my room at the last minute.

It smelled like weed. Saturday night there seemed to be a bunch of people outside making a ruckus of some sort. But it didn't really bother us.

Breakfast was good, was close to my location for the evening. All went well.

Bathroom vent is a jet engine that cannot be turned off. Sound damped when the bathroom door is closed, but need to fix that.

I love the location and the staff.

The breakfast was less than normal. They were out of most of the stuff and small selection of what was available. Renovations seem done, but some sections still seem to need updating.

The staff and managment team were so gracious to our needs, they made us feel special, providing us a seperate space to do a brunch on Father's Day that added to our 50th High School reunion plans.

I like the environment where the hotel is located. Also the neatness of the bedroom.

One of the guys at the front desk was not friendly. Hope he adjust his behavior for the sake of the business.ré

The breakfast met our expectations. The Staff were all friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for where we needed to be. We would definitely stay there again.

There was the smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom sometimes.
