La Quinta by Wyndham Lancaster

I liked the location of the hotel as it was close to everything, but off the main highway so very quiet. The hotel has a very relaxing atmosphere. There is a gazebo outside and an area to grill. The hotel is next to a farm so there was a country smell outside, but I could not smell anything indoors. The pool is small but not crowded, so it was fine. There was a variety for breakfast. The mini pancakes were good and the machine was so easy to use. 24 hour coffee and tea was available, which was great for hot tea in the middle of the night.

The hotel could use some minor updating. When unpacking in our room we thought the shower was dirty but there was a big rust stain in it. The room size was okay but the beds are really high.

Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good and we enjoyed our stay.

Price was higher than expected. We had a discount card that listed Wyndham as one of the participating hotels, but no one seemed to think the hotel took it, so we did not receive any discount. That is why we chose this hotel because it was listed on our card as a participating hotel for the discount. We would have chosen another location if we had of known that. Our AC didn't work when we checked in and they got maintenance to come check, would be a while so we ended up moving to another room, all was fine.

Breakfast was great; the staff were very nice and super helpful, especially the guy; sorry didn’t get his name; he was really helpful and attentive. At breakfast he would ask if everything was ok and if you needed anything; that’s above and beyond. The location is fantastic!! Close to everything.

I didn’t like that I was on the first floor; we got a lot of noise from the room above us; which is what happens when you’re on the bottom floor; and there were no more rooms available on the second floor so we just had to deal with it.

Breakfast options weren’t too bad. They did offer hot and cold options. I really enjoyed the coffee. The rooms were very clean which is a plus. I always spray and sanitize things down as soon as I get there. I must say it was extremely clean and I was very happy with that. While there’s no place like home, it made our stay and sleep even better. Thank you to the friendly staff and keep doing a great job!

While I appreciate the clean pool, a hot tub would have been nice. It was so cold this weekend that I couldn’t even put my bathing suit on to get into the indoor pool.

from the minute I walked in at 3am, i was well taken care of. check in was quick and easy, the night staff was friendly and helpful. the room was comfortable and clean. the hot this at this space is the continental breakfast! i thought we missed it. it was supposed to end at 9. my daughter convinced me to go down anyway. you could smell the deliciousness walking off the elevator. the staff was awesome. made sure we got everything we needed to eat before putting anything away. the coffee was incredible and they had special flavored creamer! and their pancake maker was amazing! no mess and they were delicious. i would totally stay here again

i wish there were extra blankets. the room is a tad outdated but that really wasnt a big deal.

Breakfast was typical chain selection. No hot meats, but robot pancake maker. Good selection of TV channels. Comfy beds and pillows. Plenty of hot water and pressure. Front desk noted comments on maintenance concern to be addressed. Many happy pets.

Maintenance was lacking. Shower curtain rod had been rehung and was still almost falling off the walls. Sink faucet not secured to counter well. Bath towel had permanent stain. Shower had used soap bar when we arrived. Door security latch screws loose.

The entire staff was pleasant, the rooms were spotless, the breakfast was simple, but still very good and the facilities were very clean as well and inviting. I would definitely stay here again.

The only issue I had was getting into the bed. I am a short and middle aged person and it took all I had to get myself up and into the bed. I really needed or could have used a step stool to get in, that is how high they were. An elderly person would have struggled even more with this. Once in though, the bed was very comfortable and I got a good night's rest.

Friendly staff. Entrance was pretty and clean. Coffee around the clock great when you can't sleep. Night staff awesome. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. This is where we like to stay. we try ro come to PA Once a month and this is the place. Center of our trip. Also, our small dog can come with us. Staff very friendly with our dog. Plenty of parking space. C Colose to outlets and other stores and restaurants.

The question should be what's not to like? Its a great Place.

Staff was excellent pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was very good. Offered nice hot choices. The entire property was very clean and neat. Makes an awesome impression.

Parking was good but a little tight at times. Was manageable so had no problems. It is more than fine for regular vehicles but I noticed, as I had one as well, there were many larger pickup trucks due to people staying for work purposes. Still quite accommodating.

Large, comfortable room.

Breakfast left much to be desired. We usually pick a hotel with free breakfast. This was little more than a continental. Not much to choose from with no protein (sausage or bacon) and no eggs other than hard boiled. A bowl of Frosted Flakes is not my idea of a free breakfast for the price we had to pay for the room.
