Cartoon Network Hotel

We had two meals at the restaurant and everything was delicious! The free coloring pages and the hide and seek scavenger hunt were really fun for my kiddos, along with the crafts, games, and just wandering around the hotel looking at all the cool artwork! We would love to stay again!

The pool was pretty loud and busy, but that was expected at a hotel with lots of kids staying. We still had fun and cooled off!

The indoor pool. The pillows. Fire pit.

Size of the room. No chair for adults. Very hard towels. Very expensive vending machines. No microwave in the room and small fridge wouldn't get cold. Corners in bathroom were dirty. Tissue dispenser was empty. The restaurant was awful ! Bad food and service !

We loved the themed rooms. It was great to be able to relive some of our childhood and connect with the characters. The pool and splash pad were awesome and the themed rooms were so cool. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. All prices in gift shop were reasonable, and they had a fun play area that our kids loved and were able to color, craft and interact with technology

We were a little sad that some amenities were not open and/or did not meet our expectations. The slide was closed, which wasn’t a big deal but our 6 year old was bummed. The restaurant options were limited in the hotel, and what choices were there were not impressive at all. The cafe wasn’t open during breakfast time and the only choice for food was a buffet at that time. Dinner didn’t have much option either. We expected a little more activities/wow factor. The arcade was tiny, and other than that, the craft station and pool, there wasn’t much for kids to do. Also, for a hotel that heavily promotes adventure time, you couldn’t find it on the tv, nor did they play it during the outdoor toon time which as an adventure time fan, was highly disappointing

Staff was nice and was as helpful as can be. Overall, my family and I still had a great time and can't wait to go back next year.

No event planning. No info on pool hours ( also, pool could've been cleaned more often. No notification or info on daily activities and events at the hotel, No info on movie night such as times and what was playing Hotel Needs an Itinerary structure for example: the cartoon character meets were random and no one knew when and where they were going be at. The café could've had more menu options and availability, some foods weren't available that was on the menu. Overall, my family and I still had a great time and can't wait to go back next year

this place was an absolute BLAST for my family, especially my children. The pool was comfortable, the view of the inner space was enjoyable, the indoor kid spaces were entertaining, all in all we had a great experience and plan on returning.

all of the cartoon theme was more modern Cartoon Network based. not a lot of fan service for the parents like the Original Teen Titans, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Justice League, KND, or even Scooby-Doo Where Are you. I would like to suggest some nostalgia for the older generation. a place like this is definitely a hotel that can really be appreciated by all ages with proper fan service

Food was ok

Staff was very slow, restaurant only had about 4 tables but took forever for the staff to come and take our order. They were all hanging out at the front talking. My sister who was with me works in a restaurant and said to just wait as they were kids and probably reallly don’t know how to serve correctly, so we were pleasant and my sister flagged down a server and told them we were ready to order. Don’t think anyone was over age 18. One couple got up and left because no one ever came over to them after about 20 mins. My grandchildren loved their food so that is all that reallly mattered. But I wouldn’t do restaurant again.

We had an amazing time from start to finish. The hotel manager personally took the time to greet us and welcome us to the AWESOME Cartoon Network Hotel. The pools were beautiful and very clean, not to mention refreshing during these HOT August days. Thomas, the beverage manager at the Barista Café was one of a kind. So welcoming, friendly, and ready to accommodate all of our needs. Our "Power Puff Girls" themed suite was out of this world! Our little one was absolutely AMAZED with all the fun themed amenities. He just simply couldn't get enough! We would recommend the Cartoon Network Hotel to anyone and everyone looking for a perfect spot for you and your little ones! Thank You Cartoon Network Hotel!!! We were overly impressed with EVERYTHING! We have no complaints!

Although a little pricy at $20.95 per adult the buffet breakfast at the hotel was really good. The kids' specialty drinks were super cool and my kiddos talked about them for days. The bar/cafe had ample seating and adult drink options. Also liked that each bunk bed had its own tv. The rooms were super quiet and the walls were not thin at all. Didn't hear a peep from any neighboring guests. Friendly staff and attentive, especially the lady who tended the bar and cafe in the evenings. The cafe also sells a family s'mores kit and they provide the long sticks to make s'mores at one of their 3 or 4 nicely groomed firepits.

It was obvious the hotel is a bit understaffed since they ran out of plates and bowls during the buffet breakfast on Saturday and it took a long time to get a staff member to bring more out. Also very limited breakfast options if you don't want the buffet. The cafe has limited hours also and I wish they didn't close from 12 to 5pm since this is the only place on the hotel premises that sells bottled water. The kids' toon room was a nice space for the kids to play but I wish they would play some kid friendly movies rather than the same cartoons over and over again-- especially during the holiday season.

This was a perfect place to stay for families with small children! My kids are aged 4 and 2 and my 4 year old is obsessed with Adventure Time, so she was in awe. When I was reading reviews I was a bit nervous how our stay was going to go. I called the day before our arrival to request our room to be switch to one that has a bathtub since I mistakenly booked one with only a shower. Upon arrival I check in and went to our room and saw that it was a room with a single shower and not the bathtub I requested to switch to. That room I walked into that room it did have a musky smell that would probably have been off putting had we stayed in that room. I went back to the front desk and they gave me a new card key to a different room. The new room had no smells and was very clean. The pool was amazing and had plenty of lifeguards on the lookout and were quick to call out people who were not following rules which I appreciated. The restaurant served free complimentary breakfast that was wonderful with plenty of hot food and selections for everyone. There was a cute little themed barista and a gift shop. The game room we didn’t partake in because it was just too pricy but they offered some free activities and games in a play area just outside of the game room that my kids enjoyed even better. They especially enjoyed coloring their favorite characters and watching their art come to life through a QR scanner that transferred images of their drawings on a TV. At night they had fire pits with chairs around them, and outdoor theater and cornhole boards all set up and it was such a great environment. I’m not sure why this hotel got some mixed reviews unless we really did luck out with our room. Not sure we would have been as happy if we would have had to stay in a musky smelling room the whole time like our first room would have been. But we absolutely loved it and it was such a wonderful experience for us!

The first room we went in did have a musky, off putting smell; but once we got our correct room we requested it was wonderful! So maybe a hit or miss for some people.
