Very nice staff and room. Good location and quiet next to bar that sells food. Any issues were remedied apologies made.

After spending night went to take shower in the morning found shower curtain had sh** on it. This is really my only complaint that was remedied.

There’s a lot of good to say about this property!I’ll try to keep it short but sweet. Front Desk Staff/I think ownership? - The woman who works the mornings/check in times generally is incredibly considerate of your individual needs and very friendly. They try their absolute best to accommodate your needs in a prompt manner and are super responsive to any questions you might have. The Property Itself - Although it tends to be noisy at times due to traffic, which is to be expected, it is in a great location. Any type of restaurant or business you can think of is within a maximum 3 mile stretch, including two well toured outdoor shopping malls. For your convenience, there is a 24 hour truck stop gas station only a minute walk away. Around the back side of the building there is lovely country view not to be missed! It is smoke friendly outdoors with ashtrays that are cleaned daily. Despite being a smoke friendly hotel, there is little to no sign of it in the parking lots or side walks around the hotel. It is kept very clean! Every two rooms there is a bench sat outside the door for guests to enjoy sitting outside no matter the time of day. The property as a whole is very well maintained. The Rooms - Each room has all your basic needs met without being flashy at a beyond reasonable price. Two Double Beds in an adequate size space with cable television, WiFi access as well as a microwave and mini fridge in every room I’ve stayed in. The air conditioning/heating unit works oh so well. There is an ice machine also available by key card for use. Plumbing is the only issue I’ve ever had in terms of the bathroom, but that is more a county issue than hotel issue. All and all, it is the best bang for your bucks in the area. The Housekeeping Staff - My personal experience was with a lovely taller blonde lady. I regret not knowing her name as I write this. Her personal service during my long frequent stays is absolutely phenomenal.

There is an Amish farm in back of the hotel and you can sit out there and watch the farmer and his mules working and there was a beautiful sunrise in he morning to photograph. I understand there are great restaurants in the area but they were closed because it was Sunday. I met some great people from Canada and Germany and we sat outside and talked for a long time. The man working at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

It could have been a little bit cleaner.

The owner and his wife were very friendly and helpful during our entire stay, answering questions and asking what brought us in to town. He remembered the next morning on check out and asked how things went with my son's choral competition. The room was comfortable, roomy, and very clean. The view was lovely. The entire place was full, but we never heard any noise. It was an easy 15 minute drive from downtown Lancaster. There's a diner and Pizza Hut 2 minutes away. Will stay here again!

Everything was fine.

best ever value for money…they give what they promise.. for us , it gave us all we were looking for- rooms were clean linens were clean all appliances worked fine amazing location convenient in terms of supplies nearby field just behind and hence nice views so ticked all of our boxes. the staff and owners were amazing to top it all!! only caution since the property is close to the field, you have to have your doors closed such that u don’t have insects getting in. it’s up to you.

Room was clean and comfortable. Lady at the desk was very accommodating. Great location for access to everything.

Fresh towels for a two night stay but the manager gave us extra when we checked in. Other than that there were lots of flys due to the farm across the street. Not much you can do about that but leave a fly swatter which they did

The scenery was outstanding and landscaping around the motel was well-kept and the room was very clean the owner was very helpful and sociable

I liked everything about the motel I was truly surprised how nice it was at a good value

Room was clean and neat. Loved the mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. My children loved the warmth of the many layers of covers on the beds! They called ahead to confirm my check in time and welcomed me by name when I arrived! Rooms were right next to each other. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Door latch was busted on the bathroom, so there was no way to secure the door. It pulled shut, but did not latch. Road noise was a bit loud, but it was expected being that close to the road.

We booked 2 rooms on short notice. We arrived late, approximately 10 pm. Staff were very accommodating and made us feel welcome. Even gave our kids some snacks to make their stay more fun. The Staff lady was really nice. Rooms were simple, but thats all we needed. They were clean and comfortable. Parking in front of the building was well lit.
