The staff was exceptional. Very helpful and made sure we knew if there was ever a problem or anything we needed they were there day and night. The room was very clean. Everything was well maintained even though it was an older motel. Liked having outside entrance and parking right by your door. Comfortable beds and great safe location. Exterior clean and also well maintained. This was our second time staying here and we'll return again.

Clean, room and property good location, breakfast included fruit, staff made sure needs were met and friendly. Parking good. I would recommend this property to anyone that is okay with no frills lodging. The lodging is just what I needed and nothing more.

Check-in was good. This didn't affect my stay, however, the small lobby area from the door up to the counter at the check-in was somewhat uninviting, dull (personal opinion). The staff's willingness to meet my needs was great. I would stay here again. Thank you.

Nothing, everything was perfect

The room was very clean and quiet. I could not hear the people in the room next door at all. The television had all of the HBO and Cinemax channels free of charge. I always use antibacterial wipes on surfaces in the room (remote, light switches, desktops, etc.)and there was no black dirt residue on the used wipes. Staff was friendly and helpful, very accommodating. Provided iron and ironing board. Fixed problem I was having with my TV immediately.

The hotel stopped serving breakfast during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic and never went back to providing it when Covid restrictions eased. They also do not service the room during your stay. They will however provide clean towels left outside of the room upon request.

Great location,breakfast was Good, mostly staff very courteous, compassionate, friendly, and go out of their was to make you feel welcome. Impressed with the cleanliness of the Inn. Excellent attitudes.

A more comfortable chair in room. We had friends with us and she cannot sleep in a bed because of health issues. No place for her to get comfortable. So spent one night trying to sleep in car, that didn't work either.

The room was very clean and large. I enjoy parking right outside the trim. There are plenty of parking spaces.

I do enjoy a swimming pool, and this motel does not have one. The provided continental breakfast is not quite as complete as other hotels, which also have hot offerings, but I overlooked this, as I went out for breakfast.

The husband and wife couple who own/run the motel are beyond nice - two of the nicest people you'll ever meet. The rooms are spotless and are IMO an exceptional value. There isn't a pool or restaurant here, but if you're looking for a nice, quiet CLEAN and COMFORTABLE room for not a lot of money....you'll be happy here. The location (basically the junction of rte 30 and rte 896) is close to everything you'd want to do in Lancaster county.

Honestly...NOTHING!....if we need extra towels..no problem...can we add a night to our stay?...no problem...the owners go out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay....haven't ever talked to anyone who had a complaint about this place. It's not the Waldorf...but you're not paying $500 per night either!

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The location is exceptional. The rooms were VERY clean. Some said 'dated' in reviews, I thought just fine. The linens, bathroom, carpet were all very clean. The heat/air worked very well. Nice to be able to park right in front of your door.

The bed was too firm for my taste - but current host offered to make accommodations for future visits. I saw a video with grab bar by tub. There was not one in my room, and that would have been appreciated.

The managers in the office were so very nice and accommodating. The building was in a circle layout so all rooms were close to the office where we got ice and spoke to them, and they could respond so easily to any need (towels, postcards, few souvenirs). Close to EVERYTHING you could want. Restaurants of every cuisine, shops, and Lancaster/ Amish shops, tours, etc. Beautiful everywhere. Minutes to Sight & Sound Theatre, the reason for our trip.

The decor, bathroom, sink area were very nice but in some little ways showing age. But not so far as didn't "like" as question states. Just being honest. The room was just barely big enough for 2 people. Comparitively speaking, just wasn't as shiney, new, spaceous, as a larger hotel chain I stayed in. No breakfast included but the Waffle House was right on the corner!

Our rooms were cleaned late by the time they got around to us. We like to go out early morning and then come back and relax in the afternoon, hard to do when the room isn’t made up
