The room has partition, the sleeping area has separate door I can close for sleeping. The sleeping area (which has a queen size bed, TV and closet), is separate from the bathroom, living room, TV area. Breakfast is included free of charge. Breakfast room is very spacious. Parking is free Front desk staff is friendly. There is a swimming pool, I arrived late, didn't get time to use it. Location is good, 5 minutes drive to a local plaza (Walmart, Arbys, McDonald's, Dollar tree, etc)

Breakfast doesn't have any meat (sausage, bacon, etc), but it's included free of charge. Property is a little bit dated, could use an renovation.

The blackout curtain was torn off. It was very hard to find a position for it to close. I don't understand how the cleaning staff hasn't noticed that. The breakfast had a lot of bread/waffle/muffin choices, but no eggs. Eggs are my goto choice since I am gluten free. Had to find a restaurant to eat instead.

The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. I was able to stay in both a double queen and a single king room over two nights. The single king room and a nice shower that was very large. The room itself was nice and had all of the accomodations one would expect. The double queen room was the same in accomodations, but had a shower and tub combo which with my family I would normally prefer. Having a tub with younger kids is nice, but considering I was traveling alone it wasn't as big or a concern this trip. The lady working the front desk was there both nights and was exceptionally pleasant. To be honest she is the main reason I am taking the time to post a review. She deserves all of the accolades one can be given in the service industry. I don't know if she is running this place alone or if maybe I didn't stay long enough to see more staff, but she seemed to be everywhere all at once. The breakfast is sufficient, I know some would want more, but to me having the option of a few breakfast foods is better than some hotels where I've been given a doggy bag of granola bars and water. I understand this pandemic has hit everyone hard so if a hotel is willing to offer any option for a hot breakfast its an A+ in my book. All in all, could you spend more money and have a potentially better experience? Possibly, but for my dollar I would rather support what seems to be a local business, and support my local community. I will hands down recommend this place to anyone traveling through the area.

I like pretty much everything, so any negatives would be nitpicking over silly details. Ultimately this hotel is great and I would recommend them.

Location to Washington, PA, South Strabane Township & Canonsburg, PA businesses & attractions excellent. Breakfast selection varied & good quality. Room upgrade to King Suite through Booking reservation was great added bonus.

Pool was closed due to inspection need which wax out of the facilities hands.

The property was very pretty throughout. The breakfast, bar service and restaurant were very pleasant.

Staff shortage at checkin caused a lengthy wait which resulted in many people waiting in line. The staff handling check in were changing shifts. The incoming staff member was clearly overwhelmed and uniformed of the statue of several check in issues.

Breakfast was good - continental, waffles, packaged pastries, cereal. Room was big (separate living and bedroom) but if your looking for newer furnishings, you won’t find them here. Was clean and well kept. Staff was friendly. Everything was adequate for the price of the room. Casino is about 4min away. Close to outlets and dining.

We did not have cleaning service the whole time we were there. The pool was very cloudy. The breakfast was below standard. The TV stand / dresser was coming apart.

The room was very clean! The bathroom was sparkling, tub drained fast, good toiletries and thick towels. The free breakfast was great. there were eggs, toast and waffles. A good deal!

it took me a couple turns to get there off the exit ( I get disoriented sometimes)

We stay here often while we visit family. The staff is always very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are very big and worth the price.

Our child complained that the sofa bed's mattress wasn't very comfortable and had a difficult time falling asleep.
