Location, quietness, 1st floor, close to the entrance/exit door convenience.
The room was cold, had to use a space heater. The bathroom floor was very slippery/dangerous!! The snack machine was out of order and the soda machine was empty. Dead bugs in the main area of the room. Toilet was not cleaned properly, had hair on it and the toilet did not flush properly. Refrigerator wasn't that cold and I couldn't fit much in the freezer because it needs to be defrosted.

Front desk (Kathy) truly went out of her way to make our stay very enjoyable. It started with keys that would not work to open our room door. Multiple efforts to fix the problem, Kathy resolved the problem by assigning us a new room while upgrading it to a suite. This was totally unexpected and made our stay both pleasant and memorable.

The lady on the front desk was really helpful and considerate when I explained that I was travelling with my handicapped son and handicapped husband. So a ground floor room would be perfect. She organised it and opened the side door for me yo bring them in straight to the room.

Shower spout was leaking so water pressure was a bit low. Beds were very firm and had a weird divit in the middle of both beds.

Everything they had to offer. They had smoking rooms, grab and go breakfast with coffee and a beautiful view of West Washington. They're also close to many restaurants and stores.

I wish the pool was open cuz I would have went swimming it was a warm day but I guess Labor Day is the day closed the pool and I missed it by a few days
