The rooms were impeccable... They were beautifully decorated.. I stayed in the one with the angel wallpaper and I was blown away.. it was an emergency situation for us, ( we lost power on the coolest nite) so we got there really late so I would LOVE to stay a FULL nite or 2 and experience another beautiful room!!! I loved it!! I've told several people about it.. I can't wait to go back!!!!! Thank you again...

Just the sheets... They weren't fitted and almost looked like they weren't changed but I think it was bc the mattress was so thick but it didn't meet the standards of the beautiful room... That's the only thing I can say otherwise I was pleasantly surprised

Room, common areas, and pool were clean. Beach was well organized with staff to assist with chairs and umbrellas. Didn't see a way to order food or drinks, there was no QR code to scan.

Charging a parking fee is a money grab. $4 to go coffee is another money grab. The jacuzzi no longer exists, but is on their maps. Most services were not available during our June 19-22 stay (yoga, spa). The spa did not call back until the day after we left.

The room was beautiful! We stayed overnight in the "London Themed" room. The wallpaper was so unique. Amenities were great too! So convenient to have a mini fridge and microwave in the room. I loved how everything matched! The lighting options really make the mood too!

The only thing I would do is possible add a few throw rugs just so your not walking on the cold floor all the time. The room heats up fast though. The carpets will just help to keep the heat in.

Me being 6'3", I fit in the spa bath the way a person should. All of the lights were connected to 'Alexa AI'.

Half of the LED lights kept turning on by themselves through out the night flashing, and I kept having to tell 'Alexa AI' to turn them off.

Room was very clean. Location near everything that you needed. Great price.

The initial phone call I had placed to the motel regarding my fiancé's Service Dog to advise the motel that she would be accompying us. The motel seemed unaware of the ADA Laws and at first told us we couldn't bring her with us to stay and then wanted to charge us for the Service Dog. We got the situation rectified. Other than that, the AC/Heater wasn't working correctly. Bathroom light was like a strobe light. It wouldn't stop blinking and then it would work normal.

I was a little worried when I pulled up, but the room I was in had been newly renovated and was very nice and very clean. This was definitely a don't judge a book by it's cover situation! The diner was also really great for breakfast. I would stay here again.

The first room they put me in was non-smoking but a guest had covered the smoke alarm with a plastic bag and smoked anyways. The employees immediately took care of moving me to a new room and got fans into the original room to air it out. They were very nice and very attentive.

I did not know they served breakfast. Room was very clean. Thank you for that.

There was no info regarding facility, how to use tv, no extras such as hair dryer, coffee maker or local restaurants.

Room I got was recently renovated and very clean, modern. Ash, the proprietor (since 1987), is a friendly, hardworking guy who will do what he can to make the stay a good one. Booked last minute and got in late, and he helped w something I forgot. It's a simple, quiet motel, up off the main road.

The bed was the most comfortable bed ever! The jacuzzi was amazing. The fact that Alexa was hooked up for us and the music moved with the lights was awesome. We appreciated the ability to use Netflix as well.

The bathroom was terrible. The toilet seat was falling off and the sink wasn't even in the bathroom!!! The towel rack was in a spot that as soon as you'd stand up, you'd whack your head.

love the artwork, attention to detail, technologically upgraded.

everything was very comfortable I don’t have any complaints. maybe be able to bring another visitor would be great but due to COVID it’s understandable.
