The Quarters on Spring0

Parking was not good. We had to park 1/2 a block away.

The living room wasn’t laid out for comfort. There were no batteries in the tv remote and the others were corroided. The girl said she would bring some the next day but didn’t. There were only two thin bath towels for two people for two nights. The shower head was about 12 feet high and couldn’t be adjusted.

Very bright and open. nice location.

Unfortunately the dryer didn’t work and we had washed most of our close, so had to dry at a laundromat, which wasn’t ideal.

The apartment was perfect. Adorably decorated, clean, well stocked.

I wish the location had a little more around it. The only downside to the facility was there was no deck. The only issue we had was we were told the office would be manned from 8-8. When we arrived no one was there and a few times we popped downstairs no one was there. I called the number and no one answered. Was nervous with leaving luggage during our last day was afraid we would have issue picking it up to head to airport.

Very modern and comfortable for my friend and I. Really it was great. We only stayed for a night for a wedding but it's all we needed. Has a full kitchen if you need to stay longer. Just bring coffee 😉 Digital thermostat. Giant shower. Giant bed. Great for a couple, or BF4evas. Just read the instructions before you arrive 😅

A little coffee goes a long way. Bring your own or head to a local coffee shop. Maybe a shelf in the bathroom, since guests will be bringing all their toiletries - think 2 women getting ready for a wedding. We just dumped everything in the sink 🤣

The rooms were very clean. The kitchen well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Nice, spacious bathroom with 2 sinks and lots of towels. TVs in both bedrooms. Very friendly staff. Great location.

The water pressure in the shower was very low. Twice we had to ask associates to move their cars out of our assigned space, which they quickly did.

To be transparent, we originally booked a studio and got a complimentary upgrade to a 3 bedroom house so for us, the value was AMAZING. This house was gorgeous! Very clean and modern, roku TVs and huge beds in every room. Loved having the balcony as well! It was in a great spot close to downtown but not too in the middle of everything. Within walking distance to a couple of restaurants (we ate at fuel and the taco shop right nearby and both were wonderful!) really liked that this unit had a private garage as well. we had a great time and will definitely book with the Quarters on Spring the next time we’re in Charleston.

The only negative I have about this place is that it is RIGHT BESIDE the next unit and the balcony’s are side by side. It felt awkward if the guests next to us were also outside because we were basically sitting together. Might be nice to hang a privacy curtain or something out there.

loved the size, space and best A/C of the whole trip.

the location is on on junction of two very busy streets so you get a lot of traffic noise. Also in Heavy Rain President street floods and we couldn’t get back to our parking location. Finally the water pressure is pretty poor and takes a while to heat up which is something we were disappointed about. oh and a note getting to the location is a bit tricky, google maps wants you to go down a one way street.

The layout was great. The property was very clean. Perfect condition.

We were in 171 Spring Street Unit C which faces the street. there were lots of sirens and other street noise. Early in the morning the bus woke me up. The other mornings it was the trash collection and the construction site noise. The faucet in the kitchen needs repair. I coudn't get the TV i n the front bedroom to work even after adding a new signin on Roku. Very frustrating.

The location of the unit and the general upkeep are nice. It was also convenient having dedicated parking and we generally felt secure. The layout and decoration of the unit was nice despite the lack of hanging provisions. The fullsize fridge and provided dishes/cookware were also much appreciated.

The room is noisy. It felt like people were walking into our room and we could even hear quiet conversations from the hallway. The rooms could also use hooks/shelving throughout. More hooks for linens in the bathroom and by the main door would be huge improvements. It felt like we had little to nowhere to put our things.

location was great. I rode the free bus so I could leave the car safely parked. I liked all the amenities, it was great to be able to wash some clothes.

I was frustrated that there was no place to sit. even a couple of folding chairs and a tv tray would have been nice. the full kitchen was great but I had to eat standing at the counter.
